Classes are for people who are already fit and in a routine.right? Not how we approach classes. Most classes provide a tough workout but fall short when it comes to getting you real results because exercise is just one small piece of the progress puzzle. Our classes combine the perks of personal training with the fun and camaraderie of a small group environment.
We are a large independent personal training studio located right off I 25, near Evans and Dahlia. We offer a turn-key system for personal trainers and massage therapists to grow their own business in our space! I have been training with Brad for over a year and have been very impressed with his knowledge of training and fitness. He is able to personalize a training program that will fit your goals and work with you to achieve them. He comes prepared for each session with an individualized workout which rarely is repeated while being challenging and fun.
His studio is very clean, spacious and has all the weightlifting, bands, dumbbells, etc to make a well rounded workout. The shower is also a big plus for those of us that need to go to work after an early morning session.
I highly recommend Summit Fitness

I have been training with Brad for over a year now. I went to him after recovering from a torn rotator cuff repair that surgically didn't turn out as well as I hoped. Since working out with Brad he has brought total range of motion and strength back to my shoulder. I am playing tennis at the level I was before surgery. He is a fantastic trainer. Really knows how to get you to the performance and help you perform to the athletic ability you want to attain and keep. His knowledge is incredible and his attention to detail is keen.

Fantastic gym with a great owner, Brad! I became a personal training client 2 months ago and I could not be more pleased. The training studio is spotless, well appointed, new and well maintained equipment, centrally located, and respectful of all COVID safety requirements. The small group fitness classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels and everyone is incredibly supportive. My husband even loved the Saturday class. Saving the best for last... Trainer Kayla is the consumate professional. Kayla is detailed oriented, motivating, punctual, knowledgeable, tough yet so kind. The crew at Summit

I decided I wanted a little help before a milestone birthday and got in touch with Summit Fitness. I ended up working with Kayla and she was wonderful. She helped me dial in my eating with specific macro goals and checking my food diary app that was super easy to use. She had great recommendations for ways to switch up my diet. I was only able to meet with her 4x a month due to work and she worked with me on that. Our meet up work outs were great. During the pandemic we met outside at the park and that was a wonderful experience. Then once we were able to get back into the gym it got even better

If you are looking for the best personalized training gyms in the Denver area, Summit Fitness is it! I've been working with Alex for a number of months now and I get up feeling better and stronger every day. I haven't had workouts like this since I was in high school 10 years ago. Seriously worth every penny, if you are looking to get back into fitness, keep up with your routine, or push yourselves to new heights that you haven't hit yet, this is where you need to be!

When I was searching for certified trainers after my ACL injury Summit Fitness was one of the first to pop up. Then I realized Brad (who I know through friends) worked there and I knew I was in good hands!
I ended up working with Alex and he was awesome! We worked on getting my knee stronger and getting me ready to ski while also working on my overall health needs. The workouts were always challenging and (mostly) fun!

I was referred to Alex at Summit Fitness as I had a shoulder injury that started to affect neck movement as well (I work at a desk job). With bad posture and this injury I was slowly losing mobility in my heard turning.
I was seeing a massage therapist and a chiropractor already when I met with Alex. In the free consultation he immensely improved my neck mobility with one mobility exercise! All the tension in my neck released immediately and took away the migraine that was building!
It was a no brainer for me to continue to work with Alex as he clearly showed that he knows his stuff!

As an out of shape 73 year old I was intimidated at the thought of strength training, however, Kyle immediately made me feel comfortable. This place is the best! Training with BILL has has given me my life back after a debilitating knee injury. He knows how to deal with specific medical problems. I am 70 years old. I have become so much stronger, both upper and lower body! We also have worked on walking on uneven surfaces so I am much more stable. I am continuing training with him on a regular basis! The gym is always clean and all the trainers very welcoming! It is the best gym ever!

I am no fan of gyms,but this one is great. My husband convinced me to join and start training with Bill and I can't thank him enough. First of all, the gym is a great environment where everyone wants a good workout. It is never too crowded in the training area and it has nice equipment. Second, Bill is an amazing trainer. He has the ability to push you to your limit, motivate you and help you reach your goals. He is a must have trainer if you love a challenge and want results.
