I’ll be short though I’ve a lot to say. I came in last year with my husband looking for an apartment and we met Kiki Dorothy who was very friendly and patient. She took us for a tour in the community and we loved the place and she was very welcoming. We had planned to come back this weekend and finalize the process. However when I called in yesterday and asked for her I was told that she no longer worked for the company and I was heartbroken especially after all the hopes We had to move in. I just signed my lease a couple days ago and am very excited to start my residency here! I toured several other complexes in the area prior and was very disappointed in the lack of friendliness and care I received from the leasing agents. This was not the case when I first called and visited Allister. Sierra took her time with me over the phone letting me know what about what units were available in my price range that matched what I was looking for in a home. Then when I came in for the tour Dororthy was very warm and pleasant. Through out this whole process she was been very accommodating to

Due to a flood, I was displaced and needed to find a new apartment quickly. I stumbled upon Alister and was pleasantly surprised at the community and amenities. To have a leasing consultant like Sierra Jackson alleviated a great deal of my stress. I never had to doubt that she would follow through as promised. Sierra has impeccable customer service, is reliable and will make good if a ball is dropped. I’m appreciative of the maintenance team and property manager for being so professional and caring. This season has been a bit chaotic for me but it has paid off- because I love my apartment home

I️ enjoy the apartment itself and the area. It is definitely overpriced but that’s the cost of living in Howard County. My biggest problem is the leasing staff, they aren’t rude but very unprofessional and unorganized. One of the woman in the office called me TWICE about finishing my application AFTER I told her I am already a resident, how do you work somewhere and not know that kind of stuff. Also, they’re VERY HARD to get in contact with. They make a lot of mistakes. I️ moved into my apartment on 8/13/21. I️ was charged my security deposit after I️ had already been in my apartment

I came in last week .
Initially I had a virtual appointment . Shortly two days before my scheduled virtual appointment .I received a courtesy call from an agent by the name Kiki Dorothy She invited me for an on site tour instead .
I arrived an hour before my scheduled time, so could drive around the community .
The community was quiet , well kept , clean and the office was sparkling .
Dorothy opened the door for me and offered a seat . I mentioned my interests and budget . She was able to refer some great products that were within my budget . She stated these products would help my husband

She introduced to her community manager . They were both very welcoming and professional they made me feel like this where I belong .
My agent Dorothy was able to show me around this well kept beautiful community and she was very informative, it felt like was talking to a real person ,who loved what she was doing.
She showed me a 2 bedroom model then took me to a one bedroom vacant apartment.
Look no further this is home . It’s worth it

We’ve had to call maintenance three times this week for issues we didn’t create. Each time maintenance was prompt, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and quite frankly, funny. Carlos and Edwin are fun to talk to while they work and they’ve done an excellent job at fixing even the smallest of issues. A pipe leaked above the kitchen and Edwin promised… he’d have the carpet cleaned and drywall repaired by the end of the week. Our washer broke and they were there to look at it the next day, with a replacement coming in two days. Would choose Alister again just for the

This place is absolutely beautiful... Quiet, great atmosphere, and awesome location! I have been so impressed with the staff at King's Crossing! Kendra Barnes is so sweet and so helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt not only welcome to the community but comfortable in our new apartment! Even though we just moved in a few days ago, this place already feels like home!
