The front desk need more attention with the customers. They always are distracted and dont pay attention when the customers arrive the restaurant. The client literally have to run behind they for attention, anyways you have reservation or not. They always are distracted. Have to improve the attention to the clients

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have never had a worst experience dining out than I had tonight at La Fusta. Where do I even begin? Was seated for almost 30 minutes without any menus or a server coming to the table. When we finally place order, not only did it take over an hour for the food to come out but it was also incorrect. When I brought it to the server’s attention, he insisted that there was nothing wrong with my order and walked away. As we’re sitting waiting for the manager, the table next to me finds a WORM in her steak. The situation was poorly handled to say the least

Stayed at the Hotel next door to this place and was looking to grab a beer and something to eat. I was very pleasantly surprise, the service and food was great and the beers were very cold. I stayed for 3 nights and went back to La Fusta every night for dinner. They had live music and great sangria.

Over a decade of my family and I coming here and this was the worst experience!! It was Father's day so I get the wait. Once seated it took 1 hour to get bread and when the bread was brought no butter came for another 15 minutes and by then all the bread was gone because we were starving!! Apps weren't up to par, calamari was so rubbery. Then I ask to alter what I've been ordering for years and the waiter tells me that the kitchen is slammed and the chefs can't accommodate any substitutions. Mind you I ordered TWO ORDERS of the American grill for 2 and I wanted to omit 2 different

Ughh I wish I could give this place a better rating because the food here is actually really good HOWEVER the customer service is not. I usually order from here with my bf and he is the one to usually go inside. This time around I decided to pick up our food but it'll definitely be the last. When I came in I approached the counter and said hello. The guy at the counter completely ignored me and proceeded to be on his cellphone for about 2 minutes until the phone rang. He was also NOT wearing his mask. Like at all. He then proceeded to talk on the phone and finally in the middle of that call

For years I have been trying to find time to make it over to this place, especially since it is right now the road from my house. Finally I had the chance to do so along with my father and fiancé.
Since the establishment is right off of Tonnelle Ave., it is a little difficult to get to with very limited parking, so I suggest getting there early.
The inside is very nice with a cute Kentucky Derby theme vibe to it.

Decided to stop for lunch at this Argentine style grill. We were thinking about ordering the American Grill but after going through their extensive menu decided on something else. We started with the provoleta with prosciutto and oregano as an appetizer along with a stuffed tomato. The tomato is stuffed with white rice and tuna in a Mayo mixture that keeps everything compact when slicing. Both apps were tasty. As for the entrees we decided on similar meals except for the main ingredient. My wife had the chicken in a blue cheese sauce, while I settled on the fillet of sole with the same sauce

My wife made reservations few hours earlier. When we got there 10 minutes before time of our reservation first thing we encountered was parking lot full of cars, no space to park. After finally parking, we walked inside to find about 9 people waiting in a small entryway. Inside the restaurant all tables we taken and more people standing and waiting. The place just looked super busy as if covid wasn't a thing. I'm all for restaurants staying open in some capacity during these times but what's going on here is just ridiculous and unsafe.

to help us because the waiter was too busy ( which I get but we waited 45+ mins just to be seen) Where was the Manager? Us, the customers had to go find him so he can provide a service that was far from decent. It's not the workers fault but as a manager they hold the responsibility to manage the service, especially when multiple tables were reserved with days in advance to attend multiple people. We had to ask for menus, utensils. Unsatisfactory. Sad, especially during this time. Hope they figure it out so future customers don't have to go through

My family and I have been clients of La Fusta at their North Bergen location for many years and we consider it to be one of the best restaurants in NJ. The food is excellent, good quality and very well prepared. I have also referred many of my friends to this place and all of them, with no exception, loved it and kept on coming back after their initial visit. Last but not least, I must say that the service is excellent and Pablo, the manager, just takes it to the next level. I highly recommended this place!!!

If you're trapped in New Jersey and missing Queens restaurants, it's a nice surprise when you're perusing Uber Eats and find of those places somehow has a branch in NJ.
The heart of palm was best part of the avocado salad and was also acclaimed at a family outing to the Queens location, so that might be the best candidate if you need one vegetable to offset the meat pileup. Opting for the tried-and-true over experimenting, I got the American grill.

Went with my family the other night. They sat my family close to the door, understandable away from other patrons. Although I have a one year old and every time the doors opened a cold breeze hit us first. Eating around 5:30 pm, then around 11:30 pm later that night I started feeling sick. Now a few days later and my stomach still isn't right. I know it was from the food since my mother in law was suffering with stomach pains too. I had the veal and it just didn't taste right. We also shared the salad, and each had a piña colada. Something somewhere in that restaurant turned out stomachs

This establishment seems out of place since it's right on Tonnelle Ave (mini highway). Don't drive too fast or you may just miss it! LOL Definitely a hidden gem!

Love love love this place. Our go to items are American Grill for two and Chinchulín (beef small intestine) for roughly $60 to go. The sides we choose are mashed potato and sauteed garlic spinach. The American Grill for two consists of skirt steak, pork chop, two sausages (which they recently switched to something better than before), ribs, chicken breast, and some other beef cuts.

My second favorite restaurant!!!! It's the best place you can go to eat meat. So well cooked and delicious it will leave you breathless wanting for more. My family and I love this place as we come here for most occasions. The staff and waiters are super attentive and very nice.
