We have a proud history of serving the Treasure Valley, most recently served by Dr. Wayne Loertscher from 2003-2019. Dr. Norman knew she wanted to be a vet since she was 5 years old, always finding stray animals and wanting to help! That desire to care for and help animals drove her to work hard until she achieved her dream and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from U.C. Davis. After graduation, she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to complete an internship and practiced there in a mix of general practice and shelter medicine environments.
Even the best pet owners are, from time to time, faced with situations involving their pets that require immediate attention. In the event of an emergency during our normal office hours, please call ahead, if possible, and proceed directly to our practice. Unsure if your pet is experiencing an emergency or can wait until the next day for an appointment?

It is clear that Dr Norman has a heart for animals and their care. Their health and well-being is her foremost duty. Her staff is friendly and professional and share the same love of animals. This is the only practice I would trust for the care of my furry family members! Extremely fair pricing and upfront about what is needed to keep animals in their best health. I was able to have my dog s e e n within a very reasonable time. The whole staff was very kind and professional. The doctor took her time and was very thorough. I love the way the office is set up to create as little stress as possible for the animal and the owner. Very smart thinking.

I take my pup and my 4 kitties here. They are so affordable. They love my babies like they are there own. My pup has sever reaction to the shots and they make her feel so much better. I love how they always call to see how your babies are doing. There communication is great. I'll never stop. I love the team and the crew they are the best.

Very thorough and they really care!! They treat animals like one of their own they helped my buddy andre out when he was very sick and could barely breathe and couldn’t eat. Was caught off gaurd when they called me to check in on him and make sure he was getting better extremely happy with the experience and affordable rate will always come here for now on if need be

It's in an older building, so it threw me off for a sec, but when I went inside I was instantly greeted with smiles and hellos to both my pup and I. The staff was great, the doctor was super friendly towards my pup and let me stay in the room during the entire appt. I couldn't be happier with the care and love they gave to Walter and I. I cannot say enough great things about this place, and as a new "patient" I couldn't be happier.
