ANTONIO is by far the WORST employee here at this place!!! He has NO communication skills and doesn't know how to be professional when answering a call therefore should not be working at apartments in the office where he needs to interact with residents or future residents!!! I have been trying to get my welcome letter since before Christmas to move in here in two weeks and there has been ALOT of lack of communication on there part!!! Community isn't awful, but management is a different story. Imagine reaching out to the main manager on several occasions not only to get 1. Repeatedly ignored or 2. Gaslighted. Simply shows lack of tact and respect for residents. It's more stressful for me to live here and handle situations on my own (without the help of management) than anything else. There are much better communities elsewhere in the area.

Loved living here! I've been here for 3 years but have to relocate for work in a couple of months or else I'd renew again. I can admit that it wasn't the best experience at first because of a previous manager, I believe her name was Christina or Kristin. I wouldn't have recommended this place before but things seemed to completely turn around once the assistant manager was promoted! Erika is awesome! Communication has been great and anytime I've needed maintenance they are extremely responsive now. I believe the maintenance team has changed too and im so happy about it

After being here almost 2 years we're completely satisfied with our home. This complex is a secured gated community. Neighbors are very friendly & we seem to all love each other's animals. Whenever I'm in need of a repair Erica the manager is always making sure to tend to our needs ASAP. The management office is always friendly & making sure that everyone is satisfied. The maintenance team is very prompt & helpful at all times. We love our clean little community here.

Brookwood villas is one of those little cozy amazing places to live.. we have enjoyed our time here, The on site management and Courtesy staff have been Fantastic. Quick responses to any issues you may have. Beautiful view of corona mountains, Great amenities alongside on-site Amazon drop boxes and charging stations make this a Permanent destination to stay. We recommend speaking to Erica in management her character & disposition are superb.

This is by far my favorite place to live it is so clean, and cozy. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to get things done. Office staff has never disappointed me they are so helpful and very knowledgeable. I seriously don't understand these negative reviews. We have not had a bad experience living here and honestly will be renewing in September.

Wow, this is such a comforting community with EXCELLENT management! I'd like to give a warm thanks to Christina and Erika for managing this community and making it feel like a true home. The lady, whose name I cannot recall, gave a tour was friendly but she didn't wear a mask, in the midst of the pandemic.. I was led into her small office and thought she would put a mask on but she didn't. Mind you, I had my mask on during and after the tour. And I did see a notice on the entrance doors stating masks are required inside. I ended up leasing another apartment since it is closer to work. Friendly staff and a well maintained property but I am not sure about their handling of Covid-19.

My husband and I loved living here. Very few problems. I liked the new management. Christina was really nice. I would have stayed honestly but wanted to move closer to my job. I didn't like that my neighbors smoked and it always got on my clothes in my closet. I also did not like not being able to slide my rent payment in the Dropbox that use to be present. Other than that everything was great. The move out process was so smooth.

Love this place! I feel like I had been chasing the idea of a good home in an apartment complex for years, and after settling into Brookwood, I've finally found what I needed. If you rent, you know that a good home starts with good management and Christina and Erika are always there for me with a welcoming smile and zero attitude when I have questions. Update. Had to move out 2 weeks early but I continued to pay for the full amount since our lease had not yet ended. Had the utilities under our name since we were still under contract. Spoke to management and they told us how much we owed. In fact they said we still owed 30 bucks after they did all the calculations we were told to send a check.
We paid for the entire month only to find out that the manager had moved someone into our unit which was still legally ours!

We've lived here since May 2019, and we love it here! The office staff has changed since we moved in, but honestly Erika, Christina, and Isaiah are amazingly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. It's quiet, we have great neighbors, and they keep the property very clean and well-kept. No critter/bug issues, and they're making renovations to the amenities to make them even better. We're happy we can call Brookwood Villas our home!

Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! Have never lived in a complex where everything is grand! The Grounds are beautiful and always kept that way. The staff in the office is tremendous. They got to know me right away and remembered my name the very next time. They are always kind and gracious. The managers Christina and Erika really love what they are doing and show true concern that the residents are happy in their homes.
The maintenance staff is on top of everything. From the littlest of problems to the biggest. They all respond as if it is an emergency and of upmost importance.

This will be my third year renewing my lease at Brookwood and I couldn't be happier. Management has changed once over my course of time here but for the better. Erica, Christina, and Isaiah are all so attentive and willing to help no matter what. Communication has been great whenever there's been any questions and if there's a problem (which is extremely rare) it's resolved quickly. The maintenance team is trustworthy with and the landscaping crew is always friendly.
I'm grateful that I've found a safe home for the time being and look forward to the months or years

The office manager Christina is nothing less than professional, kind and accurate. Upon my first meeting with her, I was impressed and felt at ease. She treated my father and I with respect and actively listened to both of our concerns and needs. When I had questions regarding an apartment transfer she assisted us thru the entire process and I couldn't be more grateful than ever to have crossed paths with her.

I absolutely loved living at Brookwood. Once the new management took over, everything was dealt with in a timely manner. Every time I had a work order it was handled within 24 hours. I mostly dealt with Erika whose is AMAZING! I moved out only because I wanted to be closer to my family or I would have stayed another 5 years. Everyone including neighbors always made me feel completely safe.

This place might look like a nice place on the inside and out but the property management is NOT!!!
Not only do they not follow state laws.
They also steal!!!!!!!!
My husband and I lived here with our son for one year. We did a 12 month lease we paid all our dues when they needed to be paid on time or early never once late on anything! Also left the place spotless I shampooed the carpets and everything.We waited for our deposit back in the mail with our $600 and we also left 3 days early which was about another $200 back. Within two weeks they sent us back a move out inspection
