Went down to go see some apartments. Even though we weren't looking to move until next year, Theresa, the manager, was super friendly and helpful! The price she quoted us for the biggest apartment was quite cheap, especially compared to the others in "nicer" neighborhoods, and made sure we were informed of everything going on. She answered our questions succinctly and helpfully. And she was just an amazingly nice person.

I toured here and was considering moving to a one bedroom. Theresa the manager is great! The apartment is on the older side, but kept clean. They were going to replace the carpet in the unit I was looking at with a short carpet instead of something heavy which I think is a plus. They also had wood-look vinyl in the kitchen, entryway, and bathroom which you don’t always find. I mainly chose not to live here because the only unit they had available was right next to I-470 and I would find the constant traffic noise irritating. It’s located in a good neighborhood though and has on site laundry

Whitehall has been my first experience living in an apartment and I have to say: I love this complex! It is a well-lit place to live and feels safe, especially since the admin are quick to address any possible security problems. When my apartment flooded early into my lease, I made 1 call to Theresa who has already been making calls to get people in to clean ASAP. They accommodated my requests to get the carpets deodorized as well. Overall, maintenance is quick to come out and fix things and always willing to come back if it didn't quite do the trick. I am enjoying my first apartment and will keep

I work at Whitehall Apartments and recently decided to move into an apartment. Whitehall is full of respectful residents. Living here has confirmed first hand what I knew. It's a quiet place to live and very well lit at night. People are friendly and say hello. Most people living here work and want to come home and have a meal and a peaceful evening. There's no parking lot drama, the grounds are clean and free from trash. Maintenance is available for work orders and knows how to get things fixed right the first time.

Although I have never lived her I would give this apartment complex top notch rating. I have been here several times and I know the property manager. It is a very well run complex and extremely clean. The tenants that I have encountered while visiting seem to be very friendly. My daughter used to live here years ago and she was quite happy with the apartment that she rented. I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a great central place to live in Topeka.
