We offer small group training (bootcamp) fitness classes and one-on-one personal training sessions. Our mission is to provide a structured environment that promotes and prioritizes health and fitness through effective training modalities that strengthen the body and empower the mind! We strive to provide realistic and achievable solutions to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

It's not about being a certain size, shape, or number on a scale. It's about developing a pattern of healthy lifestyle choices that help you live a more enjoyable life because you feel good, inside and out. When you train your body you're also training your mind. I take great pride in empowering people way beyond their fitness.
Services
Bootcamp aka "group training" is a great way to reach your fitness goals in a fun, team oriented environment. These outdoor sessions are packed with strength and cardio training and are a great way to improve your overall fitness. The training sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness abilities.
One-on-one personal training provides many helpful benefits in your quest to accomplish your goals. Learn more about these benefits in the slides below! Creating and setting goals are huge pillars of success. Your goals are the driving force behind the sacrifices you make and the work you put in. We understand that in-person training is not a viable option for everyone. EPIC360 Fitness offers many virtual fitness solutions that aim to overcome that barrier. Our virtual fitness plans provide structure, guidance, and accountability to help you stay on track. Check out our options below. If you want to be a part of our live bootcamp workouts but you can't physically join us in person, this is the option for you!
