Our trainers are all our trainers are nationally accredited, each with their own specializations to focus on different areas of fitness. They understand that no two bodies are alike and create a custom fitness program and nutrition plan that is right for you. Brie is the owner of Colonial FIT RVA, and head personal trainer.
We offer classes for every fitness level. Each class is capped at ten participants so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Your first class is always FREE, no signup necessary, drop-ins welcome. Come train with us today!. 30 min class.
This HIIT class or (High Intensity Interval training class) will push you to the limit with 30 minutes of short work intervals of high intensity exercise and even shorter intervals of recovery period.This class focuses on training your body to tolerate and quickly recover from periods of explosive movement.

Love the space, the people, the trainers, and the mission statement. Affordable semi-private gym that isn't fancy but gets the job done AND then some! Whatever I need or questions I have are always answered and I'm very happy with the progress I have made. Even with my ups and down my trainer, Brie (owner), has always been there to help and to guide me with my fitness journey.

Made me pay around $800 and we didn’t even continue with the training, she never sent me any training videos for weeks. She said she’d refund me months ago and has ignored me and NEVER refunded me since then. I have reached out multiple times about it. Very unprofessional and a scam.

I started at Colonial Fit six months ago and it has been a great experience. Brie is extremely knowledgeable, motivational and helpful. I've already lost 20lbs and feel stronger! I look forward to going to each session and really appreciate the supportive and friendly environment.

I’ve been going here for several months now and I really enjoy attending this gym. The classes are tough but fun. The environment is far less intimidating than most larger gyms. Colonial Fit is fantastic and my experience with Brie has been life changing. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, flexible with your schedule, and her training and group classes are just a much better overall product than any other gym I've been to. She listens to your needs and personal goals and does a incredible job helping you reach them, both physically and mentally. Highly recommended for one on one personal training, and the group classes as well!

I've been going here for about a year now, and this is the best training experience I've ever had After getting thoroughly out of shape during the year of COVID, I wanted to get my fitness back. Brie is great, and tough, and keeps me wanting to come back and do better. A year later I feel better than I every have before (no mean feat at almost 40).
Also, the price for the training is great. I am used to receiving much less for much more money at larger gyms. I fully recommend anyone looking to get in shape to check this gym out!

I've have been going to Colonial Fit for almost 2 years and getting trained personally by Brie. She has increased my confidence and pushes me to do exercises I never thought I could do. I just want to start by saying how amazing colonial fit is. I came to them a year ago 20 pounds heavier. These trainers are super intelligent and can help you reach any goal you have. I was scared at first to go but now I motivate every person I can to attend at least one boot camp or session. They turn into your family and everyone helps push you to success. It's a true addiction once you start going. They have the best pricing around.
