Had a great time living here!
Loved the morning walks and runs at the Ulistac park opposite the apartment, and the Lick park right next to the apartments.
The layout of the apartment was great too, particularly having the kitchen hidden at the entrance. There is a car-wash area too.
The roads are not too busy.
Service was very prompt.

Nice neighborhood, and safe community to live, management is good, flexible, and responsive, also the maintenance group, Kudos to them.
Now why I gave 4 stars not 5, plus all the good stuff on the not great side you will need to deal with airplane noise( you are living close to airport), train horn sound and occasionally sewage smell(Alviso sewage processing plant) also the buildings are pretty old so if you are living on the first floor as I did, you need to find a way to deal with upstairs’ neighbor footsteps

I have been at Nantucket Apartments for nearly a year now and like the place - be it the serene and calm surroundings, unit or the apartment complex. Recently had an issue (1st) in the unit wherein the water was not draining in the bathtub. Raised a maintenance request and the issue was fixed within couple of hours on a weekend! Thank you Jose for the quick and clean fix!

My experience with the leasing staffs was very good and most of my questions can be answered quickly in a timely manner. Yes, they are professional trained personnel with excellent customer service.
Honestly, I have been contacted many apartments around this Rivermark Plaza area, and Nantucket was one of the most responsive + friendliest. They showed their attitudes that they care and welcome you to joint community when walked you through the hassle of moving from another state. Beside that, the available units are reasonable price for the surrounding market, newly stainless steel appliances,

The conditions inside and outside of the apt is great!
One negative thing I must point out is the air flight noise, we didn't realize it before during the pandemic. With the reopen going, more and more flights recover, it starts from 5am to midnight!! It hurt the quality of sleep severely, sad thing is we found this issue after renewing one more year leasing contract.
