The Bell Caryl Apt community is wonderful place to live with beautiful front range mountain views near the hiking and biking trails. The one bedroom Apts are spacious with a garage to park your car.
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Staff is great, they cleared the snow surprisingly quick, it was safe /quiet even for a suburban apartment, and my apartment is beautiful. There are nice walking trails right by the property and parking wasn’t an issue.
Still giving it 5 stars but my only complaint is they tack on extra fees (HOA, trash) to the rent instead of calculating it into the base payment so my rent ended up being more than I anticipated each month. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Beautiful place. Very safe area and lots of amenities. The reason I’m giving 3 stars tho, is because the ceilings are VERY thin. Doesn’t help there are two young children above me. I can hear running, jumping, walking, crying, screaming and talking every single day and night. I’ve talked to the leasing office several times for months now and nothing has been done about it.

I have lived here for 3 years and I couldn't ask for a better place to call home. The office staff is quick to respond to any questions that I have asked. Wayne and the maintenance team have been awesome. They have made every effort to quickly address any issue, also they are professional and courteous. And they make living here so easy. The grounds and amenities are kept up to a high standard. Being a part of the Ken Caryl HOA has given us additional amenities. Beautiful trails and open spaces to play with our dogs. I have recommended Bell Ken Caryl to friends and will continue to do so.

I've lived at Bell Ken-Caryl for 2.5yrs and have really enjoyed living in the community. I moved in right before my divorce as a single mother stepping out on her own and I have always felt very welcome here. The management staff has always been a complete pleasure to work with. I can say with out a doubt that living in this community has been a blessing for me and my family.
The grounds are well kept, snow is removed promptly, people are friendly and the club house and pool are pretty amazing. There are a few community grills in addition to the pool grill which makes it easy to meet new neighbors

I love living at Bell! It’s been the best apartment living experience I’ve had in Colorado. Office staff is nice - Bri from the leasing office is always super helpful and stayed in contact when we were waiting for a certain unit to become available. Friendly community, amenities are always clean + running, summer events like food trucks, close to trails and more! My only complaint is the parking situation if you plan to move here with multiple tenants or vehicles, buy the upgraded reserved spots. Otherwise overall great experience and good value for the area.

I have lived at Bell Ken Caryl for 5 years now. Great complex, great location, with easy access to the mountains and foothills. The leasing office and maintenance teams are stand out and always friendly and helpful when needed. Maintenance requests are always handled same or next day. The grounds are always well kept and looked after. The Ken Caryl Ranch neighborhoods have awesome walking paths which go for miles making it a great place to walk my dog. Would definitely recommend Bell Ken Caryl to anyone.
