Off Cypress Lakes in a good spot. My Doctor lives in here last entrance where the homes are. My Mate rents an apartment, which is not too bad, again, location is close to everything you need. Was in the pool today!

We relocated here from the west coast on Nov 1, 2021 and have been looking for places since September! When we finally got here we looked at so many communities… when we toured Promenade we knew right away this was the place we wanted to live! A 2 BR opened up and we spoke to Ray and she was amazing to talk with and answered all my questions! We went through the application process which was so smooth with Lisa, she was so sweet even after all my questions! After being approved, Ray took us on a tour and she made us feel so welcome! We are so excited to move-in on December 18! ;-)

Living here has been amazing staff is always friendly and knowledgeable maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently and all the amenities are nice. Definitely recommend living here. Rachel is the best !

I moved here 2 years ago and I've really enjoyed living here. Lisa, Rachel, Dave and the entire staff are terrific! Gym and pool area are very well kept. Location is close to everything.

Sandra, Rachel, Lisa and the rest of the team at the Promenade, have gone above and beyond to make this experience extremely pleasant. My apartment was immaculate and they keep the community in excellent condition. This is the nicest apartment community , I have lived in.

Promenade is the nicest place my family and I have ever lived! It has great staff and amazing amenities. Sandra, Rachel, and Lisa are very nice and make you feel welcome at promenade. I would recommend this place to anyone I know and anyone looking to relocate.

Love my apartment complex! The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive when you have a need. The community is fun and the pool is the best. I've been here almost four years and have no regrets.

Great staff that truly cares for and provides a great sense of community. From the quick and helpful maintenance staff to a front office staff that compasionatly works hard to keep the community updated and always kept nicely. Everyone is very pleasant and takes the time to make sure your needs are accommodated for.
The area is a great central location for anything you need in the Fort Myers area as well as Lee County. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively and an overall great place to be.
The weekly food trucks are a benefit and is just one way the staff have helped build a community that is
