Big build-up for mediocre results. Also took forever to get through the process. Our lawyer waited months - filed the case on the last day possible, and was awful to deal with. Had to call and email repeatedly to get updates, had to send our materials repeatedly. Mike Smith talked endlessly about unrelated stuff during meetings. Was treated like I was a nuisance, and maybe I was, but a little bit of pro-activeness would have solved that. Really a miserable process after a really awful car accident.
