I have been staying at Pavillion for almost a yr now. It is a great apartment complex and community, but the 1 star rating is due to maintenance not completing necessary repairs in the apartment to where it is now a safety hazard. The same damage has been repaired multiple times instead of being replaced. Almost a yr later and ther is still no update or communications on when repairs will be taken place.

I lived here for 10 years and really enjoyed my time. The current management group was helpful and responsive in my experience. The previous group from about 2015-2017 was garbage. The grounds are well kept and the area is pretty quiet. The place is pretty well situated as far a shopping and dining and entertainment. Walmart, Lowes, Kroger, Kohls, movie theater, post office, at least 10-15 fast food and casual restaurants, 2 drug stores, 5 banks, and a med stop are within walking distance of the complex. Keith was helpful at first BUT that changed within a few days. He puts on a very good act without a doubt and I saw through it immediately upon the viewing of the apartment. I decided however to “overlook” that and continue going forward because I liked the complex. I was looking forward to leasing with Pavilion at Plantation in Macon,Ga but was not provided the definite answers needed before I provided the “definite numbers” and information. Lived here for a year and unfortunately had to break my lease due to moving for another job. This complex is amazing and beautiful and probably one of the nicest apartments in Macon where you get the most bang for your buck. Maintenance orders get done on time, the manager Tiffany is nice and helpful as is the leasing agent Keith. I would recommend this place to anyone who was moving to Macon, and if I'm ever back I know where I'll be staying!

Unfortunately, similar to some of the stories that you will read I had to break my lease with them because of another job. I will say I have stayed in many apartments and never came close to a complex like this one. The staff is awesome and will never let you down. Anything you need, Keith will always try to help. Great place, I recommend it to anyone. Just get those apartments as fast as you see them because they will be gone fast and their service is why.

This is my first apartment I've ever lived in, the apartment is very quiet, relaxed, and very family oriented. I didn't expect to live somewhere nice and affordable as a college student. I love the staffs here, everyone is VERY nice and welcoming, especially Mr. Keith. I recommend living here. It is close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre.
