Kevin is the man! Had a few things that needed fixed in the apartment and Kevin was sent our way. He is very sweet and so polite. We put in a work order and was promptly fixed.

Our experience living here in Yacht Club, especially since Merci joined the team as the new manager has been excellent. Lots of great and positive changes have taken place and the staff are really friendly, offering great customer service. Enjoy living here and would recommend others to this community.

Stephanie is the best ever and is always on top of every issue we have had. She puts her tenant's first and her priority to insure we get the best living experience here at Yacht Club. She is very caring, and has a heart of gold. She is very outgoing and has a sense of humor and will go out of her way to help her tenants. She even makes sure that the kids are safe around the complex.

Stephanie is the reason why things get done and done right in the offfice. She is absolutely amazing and if you ever have an issue whether it be a question, maintenance issue, neighbor problem or anything. She addresses the issue right away and makes sure it is taken care of no matter what. She goes over and beyond to help everyone. She is such a hard worker and she is always so positive anytime I have seen her.

The office staff is wonderful and truly care. The maintenance person Kevin is a master in his art. Listened to what I was saying was happening and figured out the issues which he resolved right away. He is a keeper.

My small family and I just recently started our search for an apartment in our price range, close to family and has nice amenities. Came across this and sent an inquiry on when an apartment we liked became available. Not even 24 hours later, I received an email from Stephanie with an apartment that was out of our price range and upon telling her this she let me know she would keep an eye out when something became available for us. A week later, she is emailing me again with apartment that is becoming available in July and instantly thought of us because it matched what we needed AND wanted! She

Great place to live, people are nice all so. But we can use some speed bumps, the gate closes faster when u go in cause other cars follow u in n you don't know if they live here or not, landscape needs some work, like no bushes by the garages. Otherwise we love it

One of the nicest, friendliest places I've ever lived. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and the apartments are spacious, with great layouts, and an amazing kitchen. Thank you being such a lovely… place to live. The other review about noise is true, but hearing footsteps above you is par for the course in apartment living, I hardly notice it most of the time.

One of the worst and unprofessional complexes we have lived in. Looks nice on outside but don't drive through the gates. Not worth the price at all you pay to live here and think it is a privilege to live here.
