I have lived here for 2 years and I am very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean.Specially since Crystal and Kayla came to the office a lot of positive changes have been made and cleaned up the property,it’s much more beautiful now.

Been here going on my third leasing year, Ms Darras has helped out when it comes to work orders and leasing issues and just being so respectful and kind. I want to thank the from office staff for the amazing hospitality.
Also want to thank Mr Eddie, at maintenance. Since he’s been hired he has been great on keeping up with the property. He just needs a little more help.
When I first moved in I stated that the apartments should have more resident events not just for the adults but also for the children. Besides that, always satisfied with staff.

She was very detailed and provided strong guidance — while being kind and helpful. She walked me through the process flawlessly.
While the apartment is very charming and very nice, I feel very confident that the few issues will be resolved with Ms. Brown.
Highly recommend — Ms. Brown was a large part of my terrific Experience renting at Caribbean villas (a highly recommend apartment community).
