We were super excited to move in here but day one of move in we noticed several issues and the place was not that clean at all. Paint spots everywhere, our shower head wall paper is half way off, my curtain rod fell right off, we pay for valet trash when we have a trash dumpster in front, we pay for pest control and no pest control happens and we have saw two scorpions since moving in. Our ups stairs neighbors party all night every night and apartments do nothing. We have made several complaints. Our back neighbors dog barks nonstop for 8hrs of the day. We complained they told us to handle it.

I love living here! The place is so beautiful and the landscaping is amazing. There's a ton of wildlife and the people are friendly. Ira made it so easy to move in here, if it wasn't for him; we wouldn't be here today. All of the management staff is great as well. Everytime I need anything, they are on top of it w their great maintenance team. I definitely made the right choice to move here. Made some great friends cooking at the pool too!

We are so excited about joining this community in a few weeks. It's refreshing to see all the great reviews and we can second all the kudos of the leasing office thus far! Jessica and Ira have been very responsive and timely with communication, answering all our questions during this transition. We were very impressed with Jessica knowing residents by name, the maintenance of the community grounds, the quiet environment and surrounding businesses within walking distance during our tour.
Although we and our pups (Lucy and Lucky) are sad to leave a lot of our neighbors/friends here in South Tempe
