We have had the worst experience living at these apartments. If you want roaches, if you want to hear your neighbors every move with the paper thin walls, if you want pay for over priced rent for bad quality then You should definitely live here.
We have never had roaches let alone in the 20 years of living and renting in Round Rock have we ever had them in any of our rentals up until now. So embarrassing. We moved here less than a year ago and I know for a fact we are not renewing.
I can go on and on about this issue and how we have tried over and over again to work with the front office, and

I had a wonderful visit and tour working with Ashlyn in the leasing office! This community is beautiful and has every amenity in the world. She was friendly, all my questions were answered and she gave me a wonderful tour plus a beautiful bottle of wine for visiting! I might add shortly before visiting, I went to another apartment community that has great reviews and the leasing office was not friendly or helpful in any way.

I love my apartment! They had an awesome deal going on when I signed, and the staff was always answering my calls to help me with my endless questions. The pool, gym, and common areas are wonderfully clean, and my favorite part is the proximity to the Bolin Creek Trail. My only problem was the dogs that lived below me and would occasionally howl, but other than that I loved my time at Creekside :)

Wow, I have lived at this apartment complex for over 3 years and it has been the absolute best. Every single person that works there has always treated me with kindness.
Last night I came home and there was a letter on my door and I immediately freaked out because that usually means something bad ! BUT it was actually a birthday card..... I mean seriously ??? What apartment complex goes that above and beyond for their tenants ??!! CREEKSIDE AT KENNEY FORT DOES!

These apartments are amazing!! Not only is our apartment itself spacious and perfect for us but the neighbors and staff have been so friendly and inviting! We moved here recently from Houston and it has been such an easy transition. Denise has been an absolute delight to work with. She really makes sure that you feel right at home and stays on top of anything you need. I can’t say enough great things!! We love this place!

I cannot express how great of an an experience this has been for me. I have been at Creekside for about six months now. As a first time renter, I knew I would have a lot of annoying questions, and I was nervous about the process. Creekside made the process so simple to understand, helped me every step of the way, and still to this day answer every question I have in an informative and positive manner. Just tonight I had an experience that proves they go above and beyond for their tenants. I had an issue with one of my alarms after a power glitch earlier, which resulted in one my my alarms beeping

Just want to give kudos to Angela and Cameron in the office. When I have questions, they have answers. If I need something taken care of, it's done. Love it here. It's quiet, lot of trees, walking trail across the street, close to shopping and the expressways. Great pool and nice workout center! Garages available! Let this be your next "home"!

Cameron and Angela in the leasing office are so friendly and helpful! I brought my clients in for a tour, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure they felt welcome! He gave them a great tour and made their choice in a new home an easy one.
I have also had the pleasure of working with Angela and she really puts the residents and future residents needs first!
This is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities, and I always enjoy working with them.

My sister lived here for about 7 months during a tough time in her kids and her's life. In June, she was asked not to renew her lease which was up in July. While the reasons could have been disputed, no one wants to live somewhere they are not wanted.
I was helping her pack and came out with a load to see my sister crying. She said that she was packing and crying when Cara, the manager and her upstairs neighbor, took the time and inconsideration to stop and laugh at her to which yes she admitted she flipped her off. 3 Star because the apartment are nice and plenty of space.
However. careful with the handful of pit bulls off the leash despite the breed restrictions. Better yet, an employee has one too.
I guess they disregard the written policy in place that is a community policy.
Maintenance guy (cannot remember his name)is very nice! One specific I have encountered a few times and is so very pleasant and helpful.

Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since we moved in. We love it here!! It's quiet, clean and the front office staff is so helpful. The grounds are beautiful I see people out there working almost daily. The apartment is very nice we have a 2/2 on the first floor. Love that they have no carpet. No upstairs neighbors yet so not sure how the noise will be but we have neighbors next door with kids and large dogs and we hear very little to nothing. Angela is the assistant manager and has been nothing short of awesome! She replays to all emails promptly, and that's means a lot to me especially knowing

I moved here with my kids and wife. I love living here. I met all the staff, I am so impressed with them. They are very pleasant to be around. They ask me how my days are and they actually care. Lindsey and Christina are the ones I see the most... They call me for packages, and always make sure my request get done. I give them both 10 STARS!! Nate is the one who usually comes in to help with my request..I have nothing but good words for him and his team! I am so happy I moved my family here, living here is like living with a bunch of family in different buildings. It's easy to make friends here

This is a beautiful community in the heart of Round Rock. It has amazing amenities including a resort-style pool granite countertops washer and dryer included Creekside views detached garages stainless steel appliances and a volleyball court . A luxury apartment community like no other. Pricing is very reasonable and it's worth every penny.

Multiple incidents of BLACK MOLD. Cockroaches. Scorpions. Centipedes. And so so so many spiders. Gushing leaks coming from the ceiling (and FYI, those were completely unrelated to our mold incident, since that mold came from the cheap AC unit)
Creekside masquerades as a luxury apartment complex, but DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
Despite the sweet office girls, this was BY FAR the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed in. My husband's work is seasonal, so we've stayed 21 complexes in 8 states, & this was by far the worst.
I should've known from day 1. We moved in & construction debris & dead bugs were
