If you choose to use our online scheduling tool to request a tour, a member of our team will contact you back to confirm the time, plus all currently available touring options. Breckinridge Point is a great place to live. And what makes it great is staff like Lavelle Lipscomb!! He is the best Maintenance professional on the property who cares that your request receives the proper attention it needs, fulfills whatever is needed in the most efficient manner possible, and then follows up after the request is completed. He is genuinely interested in our well being, and will pause and inquire about your day, no matter how busy he may be!

Diane is the best!!! It's nice to engage with property management staff that is nice and efficient. She even recognized when I in the local Target shopping and stopped to catch up and see how things were going at the unit.

The best part of Breckinridge Point is maintenance. I’ve lived here for several years and have been impressed by this team’s helpful and courteous presence. Lavelle fixes things right the first time and is always friendly and kind to my children. He and the other staff help make this place feel like home.

"Luxury" apartments? Not really. We left that apartment cleaner than when we walked into that apartment. We lived on the 3rd floor and you could hear peoples conversations when they would walk by so we could barely get any sleep. The first week we lived in the apartment, the a/c was out and we had to call multiple times for maintenance to get it fixed when it was 80+ degrees outside. There was huge gaps in the door and insects would always get in the apartment. The pool didn't even work until the last week we were there in the summer. The warm water for a shower only lasted 10 minutes. The dishwasher

I’ve called Breckinridge home for almost two years. Jennifer and Diane are absolutely amazing!! Very professional and caring! From day one, I have received professional service from both the administrative and maintenance departments. Maintenance does their job!! If I have any issues, they correct it immediately.

Moving from California to Texas for my kid and was offered a job and the help I got was much appreciated. Everything was done smoothly. All my questions were asked. Diane is one of the best and does me so right! I have been here for a little less than a decade, if not a decade. But the entire staff is great. They work with me closely on any issues that may arise and my maintenance requests are always worked on and resolved in a timely manner, especially as of late. I have little to no complaints, hence the reason why I’ve been here so long.

I am going into year 3 here and I am very happy that I chose this place to call home. As a self employed-semi retired consultant, this place has been perfect for. When searching for an apartment, I prayed for a clean, safe and comfortable place to live and this community is the answer to my prayer.
