Just helped my son move to LA for college. Needless to say it was a daunting experience since we were moving from Delaware. We arrived in Glendale on a Sunday night. Looked at 40 apartments in two days!! By Wednesday morning we had narrowed it down to 4 potential spots. By noon, he made the decision on Legacy at Westglen. Here are the reasons why:
1. Location - only a short 1.5 miles from his school in a nice clean area just NW of Glenoaks Blvd. Easy bike ride.
2. Building amenities - Newer building with two gated underground parking spaces and large storage bins. Very clean heated pool and hot

Very Nice and clean building, the manager - Mr Vladimir - is a very nice and great gentleman and we are very happy to have him, any time we had a problem once we reached out to him, without hesitation he took care of our problems, such as clogged pipe, AC, refrigerator, microwave and etc, I hope we can still stay in this great building which is really located in the great neighborhood and location in Glendale.

Manager Vladimir is very responsive and efficient, but building is old, laundry equipment is not working properly. Maintenance worker Luis is also very professional and friendly. Thanks to Vladimir, now big elevator is under renovation. After all it is still good place to live in.

Management is Excellent but the building is old and needs updating. A lot of delivery drivers won't deliver since there's no designated area for them to temporarily park. Also, there really needs to be another pet station at the other side of the building.... it would encourage people to pick up and it prevents me from having to walk around the building to deposit droppings...otherwise, I place in a trash can inside the courtyard.

I have lived here 6 years and for the most part really liked it. The amenities are good and I like Vladimir, although sometimes it takes asking a few times for maintenance to get to something. The sad part is, after 6 years the rent has gone up $600 a month! I just couldn't afford to live here anymore. It's a bit overpriced, in my opinion.

My family and I relocated here from the east coast. The staff have been great in assisting with all the details. Young, Virgi and Vladimir have been amazing . We drove from Florida and arrived at 3 AM exhausted. Vladimir gave me the access code and access to our apartment so we could just relax upon arriving . Very pleased so far with everything.
