Personal Level Fitness
One-on-one personal training with customized exercise programs designed specifically with your goals in mind. You'll develop a relationship with a personal trainer who truly cares about your success. Personal assessments are taken at intervals to analyze your progress and keep you on track. At times, we will be your colleague, your coach, your teacher or your friend!

But we will always be there to support you. We don't prescribe diets or force you to follow strict meal plans. Instead, we make suggestions on how you can gradually introduce healthy foods into your daily life. Nutrition isn't about starving yourself; it's about finding healthy foods that fuel your body efficiently.

As owners of a Personal Training studio it is important for us to feel and look good, but also do what we instruct our clients to do. We struggle just like everyone else and we falter and have bad days, but we get back up and say "today forward." We know it is difficult when you are busy at work, and on-the-go all of the time, to eat a good meal and fit a workout in, but we can only do our best - and that is all we ask of anyone else.
Peer support and accountability are the most highly proven methods for success. We agree that by having a pre-scheduled workout time, a personal relationship with our team, and a regularly updated assessment of your progress, you will have greater success achieving your fitness goals. We believe in the concept of 1-on-1 personal coaching in a private setting.

Our daughter was a member at Personal Fitness during her time at OSU. We cant say enough great things about her experience there. The owners are extrodinarily caring, professional and well educated on all aspects of fitness and nutrition. Her trainers had advanced certification in several fitness modalities, patient when necessary; however, certaily motivating in their work. Visits to Personal Level were amongst her very favorite things to do while at school and as we talk about new fitness centers in her new location, we both know how difficult it will be to have the same experience. The trainers are all personable and knowledgeable. The gym itself is clean. The training rooms are all essentially private. Despite the pandemic, it feels like a very safe environment compared to most gyms.

I absolutely LOVE going to the gym when it’s PLF! I feel motivated and cared for as a person. I really love the private training rooms; the privacy provides a safe environment to push myself and not feel dumb like I have in other gyms. I have seen so many personal gains in the 4 months I’ve been coming here. Well worth the cost!

UPDATE: 5 Months later, I am still working out three times a week. I feel so much better, I am down 16 inches overall. My workouts are strong, my balance has gotten so much better. In these tough times, it is nice to go workout in a studio that is concerned about the trainers really care about helping you get the most out of your workouts. Typically a different trainer each session. I look forward to my workouts! Check them out - you are worth it!

I’ve trained at PLF for about a year and a half. I could not recommend them more strongly. The trainers are professionals who really care. The results have been really amazing. I truly look forward to my sessions which has made it sustainable for me.

Having previously worked with PLF in the gym years ago, I came back to them when they started offering training sessions over Zoom during Safer At Home guidelines. I received a free consultation and home gym set up session. The staff are always positive and friendly but push you to get the most out of your workouts. They do a great job of explaining and demonstrating exercises even though we are not in the gym together. I have lost several pounds and clearly gained muscle. I look forward to my workouts with their support and encouragement!
