At AARE, we have a community of knowledgeable and well-trained property managers. Along with extensive experience in real estate, our managers show up with a great deal of care and respect for the properties they manage. All of our managers have shown us time and time again that they care about the landlords and tenants they work with and hold themselves accountable to uphold our best practices.

Real estate syndications are commonly referred to as investment groups or investment clubs. They are typically formed as limited liability companies where investors pool their capital to purchase assets that otherwise would be unattainable for a single investor. These syndicates provide many benefits for investors including diversification, scale and cash flow.

When you join AARE, we give you a signing bonus (stock, options or both) to welcome you to the organization. We believe generosity should start on day one. You will receive an equity award (stock, options or both) by simply doing your job. Annually, you will be compensated based on your performance and awarded based on the income you generate.

As a faith-based company, we often reflect on what it means to give back. We push to consider the diverse ways in which we can support those around us. Our goal is to foster a culture of caring through purposeful tangible action by reestablishing the often forgotten art of generosity.
