We have lived at Country Club Terrace apartments for 4 going on 5 years now. It has been a very wonderful and comfortable experience, always super quiet and the grounds are always clean and there's lots of nice grassy areas to take your pets. We have lived in several places in Flagstaff and this apartment complex by far has been the best! If they had 3 bedrooms we would probably never leave! The property manager Stephanie is awesome and very attentive to tenants needs as well as the rest of the staff. You will not regret living here!!!

Great place to live. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of things. I would highly recommend this place. Pet friendly and very clean community. The pool, club and gym where closed due to Covid 19 but they have since re-opened. Thank you to Stephanie and Tyler for keep our residents safe.

My husband and I lived at Country Club Terrace for the past two years, and I would encourage anyone thinking about moving here to consider other apartment complexes. While we lived at Country Club Terrace, the office staff, consisting of Tyler Winston and Stephanie Davis, made multiple errors that negatively impacted our quality of life. A few examples are, losing numerous mail packages, giving fines for "excessive dog feces" when we do not own a dog, and refusing to replace or fix the machines in the laundry center after multiple instances of taking money and locking our clothes inside. Out of all the places I've relocated to as active military, this is BY FAR my favorite! The 2 bedroom townhouses have this amazing homey feel, large windows, updated appliances & kitchen, the flooring is beautiful, the maintenance team is ALWAYS ON IT with an ASAP regard, the Front desk Management are my favorite people of all time and the neighbors - you can't beat the hospitality! They throw so many different events at the gorgeous club house such as one of the below (Happy Thanksgiving!!) and our neighborhood had the MOST Halloween trick or treaters! I ran out of 70 trick or treat bags! This

I love my new townhome at Country Club Terrace. The day after I moved in I went into the office and I was greeted by my first name. The property manager and office staff are so caring. They really want you to feel at home. I am excited for the upcoming resident events.
I highly recommend CCT. It's quiet and the location is ideal.

This was a home for my bf and I for about three years and I truly miss it now that we no longer live in flagstaff. The service team was awesome and fixed any household problems immediately, and as a someone who knows nothing about fixing house problems this was a huge perk. They also did all snow shoveling and kept the lawns looking great in the summer time. Stephanie and management always kindly worked with us and even gave us rent discounts for renting consecutive years with them. Also loved the location of being on the quieter side of town This place truly felt like a home. Would recommend to
