Villa Regina, a low income HUD Housing building, is a very nice place. I know people there and I am a regular visitor. Usually I go there on a weekly basis to meet with friends and sometimes to eat with them. The building is kept in good shape, maintenance is available Monday thru Friday, floors are clean, windows are clean, sidewalks are free of debris, but occasionally I spot some trash in the bushes, but the wind usually blows it in. If I had to live there, which I don't, I'd be happy with the way things are.
