They were great getting me in over the phone. The apartment was in horrible condition on arrival. Bathroom was disgusting with a shower bar falling off. No drip pans in the stove, and I had to put the burners into the stove. Walls were pic marked and water damage in the bathroom and in the ceiling. I had to take pictures and submit them to the office but zero repairs. The AC was broken before arrival and had run for about a week before arriving; astronomical power bill. While leaving and offering to break contract they declared it mid month as “late,” on the account then charged an extra 1500

Cason Estates are Luxury Apt Homes. I am very happy to call Cason Estates home. The grounds are well kept and plenty of shopping stores and outdoor activities near by such as go-carting, bike trails. I've been here since 2018 and plan to stay for a while. I love the pool and up to date fitness center. When it comes to Maintenance issues Cason Estates has the best in the business! Ricky and Mike are very friendly and always fix/repair in a timely manner. Thank you Cason Estates for giving me a place to call home!

A week of fun and games has just ended for residents of Cason Estates apartments. Hosted by apartment management and staff it was a very enjoyable experience. Each day different activities were presented from taste testing food provided by local eateries to professional photographers taking free pictures of your pets. Residents enjoyed Christmas painting parties as well as playing games and eating s'mores. Each day residents could look forward to another well orchestrated activity. Hats off to management and staff - we all had a great time at the activities.

Went in for leasing information and a tour of an apartment and was blown away. The community is beautiful with great amenities. Sonya, the assistant manager, was so nice, thorough and very informative during my visit. As an assistant manager myself, customer satisfaction is extremely important. The level of professionalism and politeness that I experienced from her is honestly what sold me on the community. Excited to apply and make Cason Estates my new home!
