Lived here for over a year- price was right in line with the space and it was a good deal. Great location, quiet complex with no issues over the time we stayed. There’s a cool walking trail right behind the south end of the complex and groceries and necessities are within 5 minutes. There’s a bunch of good parks for adults and kids close by as well.
Management was very communicative and handled any issues very quickly. Maintenance responded very quickly as well to anything I reported which was minimal.
Utilities ran about $120 a month in the winter and $200 in the summer for a top level 3

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The property is very well maintained. The location is perfectly located within walking distance to a walking trail and Horrocks farmers market. The office staff (Judy and Danielle) has always provided 5 star customer service. They are very friendly and resourceful! Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate 5 stars because I haven’t had a working dishwasher since I moved in and the washer and dryer is outdated. And I hesitate putting in work orders because there is one maintenance worker that can be rude sometimes and seem annoyed by the work orders. Otherwise

I absolutely love living here. Our apartment has nice amenities and is very comfortable. The complex is laid out nice and the landscaping is wonderfully maintained. The staff has treated my wife and myself like family. I don’t consider this a rental, I consider it home. Thank you for four great years and more to come.

I have lived here for 4 years at Westfield Club Apt.and think of it as home. The staff has always been there for us and have made us feel like family. I enjoy walking around the complex with the dogs because the landscaping always looks nice. When we have called the office because of any issue they addressed it very quickly. Thanks for going above and beyond Westfield Club Staff!! You are Appreciated!
