This is a low impact, mostly bodyweight class for ALL fitness levels, beginners to advanced. We focus on core strength, form, flexibility, mobility, and overall strength, using a mix of Pilates and other traditional full body strength moves. While there will not be a specific "cardio" portion, that doesn't mean you won't be feeling the burn!

Services
Written Workouts ADD ON -- $25/month** -- can be added to monthly or class pack membership. Onsite plan members have the option to purchase the "Written Workout -- Add on to Onsite membership" for $25/month. This will give the member access to 6 written workouts per week through their Triib smartphone app or the Triib online portal.
Do you have childcare? Minors ages 14+ can participate in any class. We do not provide childcare. At this time, there is NOT a secure area for kids under 14 to wait while parents attend class. We are looking into options for the future, but at this time we kindly request parents not bring children under age 14.

Metrick Fitness is a fun & friendly gym that provides workouts for all fitness levels - from novices to those like me that have been working out for several years. The workouts are different everyday and the trainers encourage you to push yourself to be your strongest. I always look forward to my workouts at Metrick Fitness. I highly recommend this place.

Metrick Fitness features mainly HIIT classes which are suitable for all fitness levels & experience. Each class is a different workout so there is no getting bored with doing the same routine. The trainers (Stephanie & Allison) are wonderful in making sure everyone is doing the workouts correctly to prevent any injuries.
During the current COVID pandemic they are taking all the correct precautions to keep everyone safe. Masks are required, the doors remain open for constant airflow and everyone is required to clean equipment after each use.
I love working out at Metrick Fitness.

Metrick Fitness is a great gym. Hundreds of work outs later, I still love my time there and integrating daily fitness into a very busy schedule. The trainers are supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. The community is fun and welcoming. A true "no-judgement" zone, where you will be encouraged to try your best and reach your fitness goals.

She and her fellow trainers also do one-on-one (or small group) personal training and Pilates Reformer classes.
