I rented an forestry court apartment for two years and loved it. Catherine Rodema was the properties manager and she made my stay feel very welcome. She was able to give me tips about the neighborhood and told me about the dog park and vets for when I did finally adopt a dog.
I would highly recommend this area because of the neighbors and the amazing location in NW portland.

I lived at Forestry Court upon my relocation to Portland from Dallas, TX. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received from my property manager Catherine Rondema. She was always very quick to respond to any issues i had while living at the complex ( which were very few). I had great neighbors and made several long term friendships. It's a wonderful place to live and Catherine is sweet, caring , and professional. I recommend Forestry Court to anyone looking for a quaint vintage style apartment close to walking trails and 23rd ave.

This is the best property management company I’ve ever rented from.
I have been a renter in Portland for the last ten years. From the beginning to the end of my time renting from them, they have been so wonderful, responsive and professional. Allyson is hands down the best apartment manager ever! I feel so lucky to have rented there for as long as I did, and will truly miss my lovely downtown apartment.
I highly recommend renting from them if you are lucky to find an opening at one of their numerous and lovely properties!

I've lived at a Circum Pacific Property for nearly 3 years and it has been such an amazing renting experience. The manager is responsive (she texts or emails back so quickly!) and maintains such a good level of communication about the property. She even sent an email about coronavirus letting us know the new precautions that the building was taking.
My apartment itself has been such a dream. It's vintage, but has AC (such a wow factor for older properties). Everyone is decently quiet in the building. The laundry machines take cards. If I have had an issue with anything, they are so quick to send

My husband and I have lived here for three years and have loved our place on Marshall Street, the location and our Manager, Gregg Cunnungham. Gregg runs the apartments very well and is very quick to get things done. Circum-Pacific is a good property management company - very fair in treatment of tenants and upkeep of the properties. If we hadn’t needed another bedroom we would have stayed there because Gregg ran the place so well we were very comfortable and happy there!

I lived at one of Circum-Pacific’s properties for 3 years and had a great experience. The building is older but the unit was clean, the floor plan was super well laid out, and there was laundry onsite that could be paid with a credit card. It’s hard to find spots that have any sort of yard and the Marion Court apartment complex had a great side yard area. I was fortunate enough to have Greg as my landlord and he was super responsive, communicative and helpful whenever you needed something! Most property management companies are cold and try and up charge you on everything, I never felt that

Living at Buckman Gardens was a joy. I loved my apartment, which I lived in for almost five years. Circum Pacific was really easy to work with– very responsive to any issues or concerns, very prompt with maintenance. The unit had been updated right before I moved in, and I loved the vintage feel with updated amenities, and plenty of closets. Great location. Most of all, I loved the beautiful garden, cared for by another tenant. I will miss this apartment.

I have lived at Imperial Arms Apartments since June and I absolutely love it here! Portland has been my home city for the past 11 years, and I had considered Imperial Arms my dream apartment building. It includes everything I had been looking for. Vintage charm, incredible upkeep, and a wonderful manager are a few of many things that helped me fall in love with this property. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and the manager (Allyson) is a fantastic communicator who has tenants best interests at heart.

My manager Catherine is warm and friendly, and made me feel right at home when I moved into my apartment a year and 4 months ago. She has made my experience living here especially welcoming! I have truly enjoyed my studio apartment experience in Northwest Portland: the building is clean, the other tenants are friendly, and it's dog friendly which is perfect for me and my pup. All maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and it's the perfect location-walking distance from parks, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

I've spent the majority of my Portland years living in Circum Pacific buildings. They're older, no frills buildings with great management. They're reasonable priced, clean, and Greg (in The Baker), is always on top of any issues that may arise. If I return (again) to Portland, I will most certainly look at CP Properties first. The first photo is the SE corner, the last two, were my views.
