Mr. Viorst is compassionate, knowledgable and professional.He was empathetic and took the time to get to know our family, we were dealing with a sensitive case and he made it a little easier. He made himself available and even responded to emails on weekends when we needed him. His staff is extremely helpful and made it a point to explain complex situations. We could not have found a better lawyer for our legal issue and can not thank Mr. Viorst and his staff enough. My son has special mental health issues and was in serious legal jeopardy. David Chambers was able to guide the prosecutors and the Court to view the case from our point of view. A mental health defense can be a difficult sell to the legal world, but David Chambers did an amazing job. Mr Tony was so professional... he put together a spreadsheet an diagram that the jury was on my side from Day one. He actually got down to the full truth of what happen to my late wife. An I could not have been happy with his performance as a top notch lawyer. I would have to say the best in my book. He knows what he's doing for sure. Tony Viorst handled a DUI case for me years in 2015. The man was late to every appearance, never even bothered to get my discovery, so he had to use the DA's. Needless to say, he never showed up prepared as he didn't have any paperwork of his own. He suggested I take plea deal, so I listened. Found out I had a solid defense against original charge, and of course it was too late. Highly discourage anyone use him, consult him, or even call. Find someone else, save yourself the headache.

We hired Tony when our son was pulled over for speeding, 24 mph over the speed limit in Chaffee County. It was a 6 point ticket against a 19 year olds license, so we wanted to fight it. Tony had it resolved almost two weeks before our son's Court date, without our having to make a three hour drive to Salida for the court appearance and Tony got the ticket reduced to zero points! Tony was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. We would strongly recommend him!

Tony was referred to me by another attorney for a matter with Elbert county. He listened carefully to my story of having had my civil rights violated (not uncommon with the Elbert County Sheriff's Department) and the ticket I received. Two phone calls later and it was fixed! Can't get much better than that.

I think integrity is important, which is why his active involvement in the community was a big selling point for me initially. If there was a ZERO STAR option I would picked that! Because that's what he did...ZERO!
I hired him, when I called to check up on things he was very brief & made me feel like I was bothering him. So I emailed him some idea's & question..NO REPLY!
He did NOTHING, but show up to my court date...LATE! Then when we sat down to talk right before court, instead of making me feel better or preparing for court, the first words out of this MONEY MONSTER were...
