The leasing staff at Acacia, particularly Wendy, was exceptional and very welcoming. After visiting half a dozen other apartments in the area, only 2 places had great customer service from the moment I walked in and this was one of them. Wendy was very thorough, helpful, genuine and attentive during the tour & rental application process. Even though I ended going with another apartment community, the other one with great customer service that fit my needs a bit more, this place is well kept and within in a great area. The community amenities looked well maintained and very clean. It seems rarer

My experience living here at Acacia has been really great - I feel safe, secure, well-cared for and I enjoy the pleasant staff and surroundings! The grounds are always clean, well-cared for, the other residents are quiet, respectful and friendly. My maintenance requests are always responded to promptly, efficiently and completely. My partner and I are new to this community and we couldn’t be more happy. Wendy, the manager, made our move in completely seamless. We are so grateful that she was able to get us in during this pandemic. Safety protocols were followed throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff including the maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure everybody’s needs are met. I would definitely recommend Acacia to any friend who is looking for someplace to live. It’s safe, clean, and friendly.
