Waitress Was Great...Was Busy...But Still met all our Needs...The Bread Would of Been Better if It Weren't Sitting out and Crunchy tbh...and My Husband ordered The Liver...But Whyyyyy in the World Would They Add Oregano Seasoning to it?? Lol...My Husband is From the Old School...He thought it would Just be Fried in Butter...Guess I will have to Make him Some...yucky...lol...Otherwise I liked They Left a Little Jot Coffee Canister on our Table to have Coffee when we Wanted it...btw...Quick Side note...Even my 6 cats Wouldnt eat the Liver Doused with oregano...but We will go Again..just order Something

Stopped for breakfast with 2 other people from out of town. 2 of the orders were wrong. I ordered whole wheat toast, never got it. Saw it on pick up area being pushed back and forth.
Another order was omelette, no onions...onions were inside.
Meals were no longer warm when received.
Waited 25 minutes after eating for bill.
Woman stated they were short handed.
Based on her comment, I will try again, but if it is anything like today, it will be my last time.

Great restaurant!! Food was awesome and service was very fast & pleasant.
Their chicken dumpling soup is delicious with plentiful dumplings and since that's my favorite soup, I'll be back for more.
The gyro was delicious! The meat cuts were odd & oval shaped, so I was concerned how it would taste, but the lamb & beef were there and it was yummy. Definitely would get that again.
So if you want a great meal with fast service, check out Omicron Family Restaurant.

This was a pleasant surprise for wonderful service and bountiful portions. I had the seafood platter after a long drive and it was really fantastic. My wife & sister also greatly enjoyed their food and I would be remiss if I did not compliment the chicken dumpling soup! I wish I could recall our waitress's name as she was very fun and full of personality! If you're thinking of trying this place do not read one more review....just go!!

My son says, French fries were delicious, a nice soft consistency throughout.
The chicken 🐔 was golden brown and super yummy as he put it, he also noted that they were much bigger than he thought. He also says the bbq sauce was tangy and not too spicy.
My son and I will definitely be returning. The waitress was very nice and attentive, bringing refills before even asking and was very on point!

Good COVID protocols. They don't serve you at your table to try and be safer. Silverware wrapped in single-serve bags for protection. Masks required (but they were super nice about it). Good breakfast food at good prices, exactly what you'd expect from a family restaurant like this. Would visit again!

Good breakfast spot. Love the California omelet. Portion size is enough for a second meal at home. Last time I went, it was basically self serve because of COVID. Both workers there looked like teenagers who didn't know what they were doing. Before COVID, the service was excellent and the food came out quick.

We went for a quick evening meal. While not fine dining the food was good and reasonably priced. What set the Omicron apart were the people. The employees all were working. They were constantly cleaning waiting on tables all the while having positive interactions with their coworkers. They also greeted regular customers by name along with a hug. This was certainly a pleasant change from some of the restaurants we have come across where employees are complaining and sometimes it's hard just finding a clean table. We will definitely be back and keep up the good work,

As we were eating our bland omelets and hash browns made with old grease, we overheard our server telling a customer that all the mom and pop restaurants in West Bend were closing. Perhaps that's why the food was edible, but below average. Coffee was terrible. When you don't have much competition, doesn't give you any reason to try harder.
We hike in the Northern Kettle Morraine several times each autumn. Before our next trip, I'll be doing research on other restaurants in the area that serve breakfast. There's got to be another place which offers better fare.

Came here for breakfast while running some errands in West Bend. The place was packed, but we were seated right away. The menu is huge, with a bunch of breakfast specials. Our server was very fast and friendly, and we ordered within minutes. Even with a near full house, our food arrived within 10 minutes. We each ordered 2 eggs over easy, with ham, hash browns, and toast. It was a huge plate of food. Eggs cooked perfectly. Hash browns fluffy and not overcooked, toast excellent. The ham could have been a bit more moist, but still tasted great. It is amazing how this place runs like a machine, managing

This afternoon was my first time dining at Omicron Family Restaurant and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Our server Maranda was friendly and efficient and the other staff that we encountered were all very welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious and the menu had many options at very affordable prices. I felt the positive vibes as soon as I stepped in the establishment and I left feeling refueled and delighted. I will absolutely be returning here soon!

This is always my first choice when it comes to going out for breakfast.
The menu is absolutely huge. Sometimes I wonder how they do it! They serve whatever you want that is on the menu no matter what time it is. Every time I go here, the food is very good which is the most important thing.
As for the service, it's ok. I never had any snotty waitress but the owner is very nice...but just don't talk about politics with him because he will go on and on and on...but just like any other guy willing to do the same. If you are a regular, he will likely let you eat for free because he appreciates

Food was ok but homemade hash was bland and watress was not very pleasant. She was like a bull in a china shop setting our beverages down. Not very personable and did not offer refills. Husbands meal came with dessert which we had put in a to go box. What a sad little piece of cake. Looks like it was shaken in the box before given to us. Portions of food are quite large for prices. A bad watress can tend to sour a persons whole experience though..

Great local restaurant. Was travelling in West Bend for the past week and wanted some good home cooking. 9 bucks got me 2 good sized meatloafs, sauerkraut, red cabbage, veggie soup and then some dessert (had the strawberry shortcake). The veggie soup was so good (orzo, lots of veggies) - just amazing good ol'home cookin.
I would say this restaurant has good bang for the buck. Guy Fieri should visit this local gem and try some other items. Great service. I would definitely come here again. Better then the overrated Grasshopper and Poplar Inn.
