Monique Carrabba entered our home before it was available to show.
My wife and I were out running errands when we received a call from our home security company notifying us of a breach that triggered our alarm. We immediately began calling neighbors and the police as we rushed back to the house. Once we arrived, we saw Monique Carrabba, who informed us that she was the one who triggered the alarm.
She made a point of saying that she knew our house was not ready for showings. She said she checked the listing and it said "no phone calls, no emails" etc. The sign on our lawn says "

What can I say about Joe and Monique. AMAZING!! We bought our house and they were the agents for the sellers and they were great and very knowledgeable of the local "Picfair" area and super friendly. Joe and Monique are a great team. We found the house first and looked them up because they specialized in the area. It turned out that they had represented a past seller of the very house we wanted to buy. They are extremely helpful and efficient and walk you through every stage of the process. When we made an offer, we found out there were several other offers on the house, and they told us exactly how to negotiate and counteroffer--with the result that the seller chose us almost immediately.

It's hard to know where to begin. My husband and I interviewed a number of realtors to sell our first house. Monique and Joe Carraba of the Carrabba Group called us back no later than 15 minutes after we left the message on their voicemail!
They came the next day with a wire bound collection of comps for houses in our neighborhood, examples of their advertisements and more information about them. They were likeable and knowledgeable about our Mid-City, Los Angeles neighborhood. They blew all other realtors out of the water.
