Markus was exceptional as our agent. He stayed on every detail regarding the purchase of our condominium. We were in Arizona at the time and he was on the phone to us several times a week with information and reminders about things we had to do and dates to have them done. It was his advice about how to structure our offer, and his presentation to the seller's agent that resulted in our getting the unit instead of the second bidder on the property.
