Carol is amazing to work with. She is very responsive to emails and seems to know the building inside and out. The views from the apartments are beautiful, and the common spaces such as the laundry room and gym seem to be fairly taken care of. There are lots of parking options, but unfortunately not enough parking spots, so there is a waiting list.

Royal Plaza was the first place I lived when I moved to Milwaukee. Carol the landlord was absolutely great- returned emails promptly, helped answer any questions we had, she knew the residents well and showed she genuinely cared about making this apartment a great place to live. The views from the apartment were really nice and the location was a great place to be when I was first learning the city. Huge plus= parking options!! The only downside I have (and why we chose to move) was the size of the apartment was a bit too small for what we needed at this time and the heating/cooling in the apartment

This building has been a all around great experience the building itself is beautiful. the management is on the ball as far as making everything work well and keeping the building clean. the residents are friendly and respectful. Any repairs are promptly made when requested and the building manager is very nice. The utilities work and work well. With good water pressure and HOT water. The gym and laundry facilities are updated and work great. I won't move unless I have to.

I have lived in this nice affordable and spacious renovated unit for 2 years and my experience living here is AWESOME! Carol is the best at what she does to make sure that maintenance is up to par and the staff members are nice too. I like how the packages that get delivered to the office, are sorted out for tenants to pick up. I love this location and everything is close walking distance especially to my job at CSM. I personally recommend anyone who is looking for a place, stop by Royal Plaza Apartments and meet Carol! She will gladly accommodate your needs to what your looking for to rent a unit

I have lived here for the better part of a year at this point and my experience has been nothing but great. Management is wonderful and always on top of things. The units are spacious and most are newly renovated - every one I viewed was slightly different and all super cool. The laundry and fitness facilities are such a convenience and are always kept clean and in repair. Packages are kept safe in the office and I feel really safe and secure in general here. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

Been living here since May, let me just say I love it here. Im currently living in a very nice 1 bedroom. This building is great because they are pet friendly (with some exclusions). They are working to update all the kitchens and mine is beautiful. Since it's getting to be winter let me just say the heat is great here. I have a lovely lake view. With the nice workout room, newly updated laundry room, views, working intercoms, secure doors, surveillance (which you get some access to in your apartment), included cable and water, parking available lot and covered, and a great management team what

I have lived here for 2 years now and it has been the best renter experience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Carol is the absolute best! Maintenance of building/property is great. Never had issues with getting things fixed. The residence are also friendly. You don’t hear a lot of noise from Brady Street. I would most definitely recommend Royal Plaza Apartments to those who like the lower east side area

Royal Plaza Apartments are amazing. The building is in great condition. The residents are welcoming and create a loving community. Carol, the Resident Services Manager, is the best you could ask for. She is accommodating, friendly and she works tiredlessly to meet the needs of every tenant. Mr. Dre and Mrs. Bre does everything to make the building look gorgeous. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Words cannot begin to describe the amazing experience I've had living at Royal Plaza. I've lived here for four years and Carol is an outstanding landlord, the best I've had (and I've had a few!) She took over after my first year of living at Royal Plaza, and she really has turned the complex into an enjoyable, safe, and friendly environment. Key fob entry system. The laundry room has all new washers and dryers. There is plenty of parking whether you want surface level or garage parking. Packages are delivered to the office which is behind the locked, key fob, door. They've updated most of the units

Royal plaza is such an awesome place to live. From our building manager to the wonderful staff, my experience from living here for the past few years have been absolutely astounding. Each year they have found some way to improve the amenities and if you ever need any sort of maintenance done within your unit, the staff is always available. Overall definitely would recommend Royal Plaza to anyone!
