Very affordable housing and nice neighbors. Would like to see some of the noisy cars taken care of. Maintenance is awesome, always right there to fix anything that's needed. New staff seem nice but in the past old staff didn't return calls or take care of issues.

I want to say that this is by far the best apartments to rent from. The staff is wonderful the best part of the complex is the manager John. He is the most cheerful person I've ever met on my worst days he can always bring me to smile. Thanks for all you do John I appreciate your kindness the world needs more people like you inbut like you in it have a merry Christmas in a happy New Year.!!!!

The apartment when I moved in had two broken windows that were out of there track and letting in tremedos road noise. even after pointing it out to management nothing has been done to fix it. The apartment is full of overspray paint on the floor walls and refrigerater. Their is rotten water damage wood on the deck area that I have pointed out to management and maintenance and nothing has been done about it. The brickmold on the front door is full of nail holes from God only knows what. The inside of the main door is dented and chipping paint. The master shower bathroom came without a handle to

I am a new resident at Ridgecrest Apartments in Denton, TX. Dornell was absolutely wonderful in assisting me to get adjusted and moved in. He was patient and attentive to my questions, and he was eager to help me with any problems that I encountered. I appreciate all that he did for me in making my move from the Northeast more manageable.

Gaby did a great job answering my questions and helping me find just the right size apartment for me. I love my new apartment. The rent is reasonable and the units have special upscale features. Once I got my furniture in and my decorations up, the apartment was so beautiful!

First year here was good, but the second had been much different. Some issues have been beyond management control, but after the incident did not seem to have been handled well. Much better options in the area for the price. They did get us in quick which we found helpful in the beginning.
