We looked up agents prior to our trip to Honolulu, with a serious intention of buying an apt there. We did a google search & were impressed by his reviews. Tracy has a wealth of knowledge in real estate & , with his contacts, was able to arrange many viewings at short notices. Being unfamiliar with Honolulu, he was able to guide us to the appropriate area which really impressed us. "Tracy is our go to real estate agent. He was our agent when we bought our house in Hawaii Kai and most recently, a condo in Waikiki. He's also currently looking for property for us in the Aina Haina area. He is extremely well informed on the various properties on the island as well as local rules, regulations and laws that might be relevant to the property you are interested in. He has great referral sources and insight on pros/cons of a prospective property. He doesn't try to sell you on a property, just gives you all the pertinent facts so you can make an informed decision. Great

Whether it was the research or pure luck, Tracy turned out to be an excellent choice. First of all, he is very thorough and responsive. I have worked with Tracy on two purchases and two sales all with excellent results. The latest situation involved the very difficult timing of the sale of one apartment with the already contracted purchase of another, contingent on the proceeds of the sale. In addition, he was able to negotiate the sale to allow me to stay in the sold unit until the new unit was ready!
