Ross's 20th St. Bar and Grill in Leavenworth, KS, has been a staple of the local area for over 50 years and offers a friendly, 'at-home' environment. The current owners always wanted to buy a small bar, so they purchased Ross's over 13 years ago. They continued the friendly, neighborhood atmosphere of the bar as well as continue to provide excellent food at reasonable prices.

This has got to be the worst customer service experience and overall food quality that I have ever seen. We ordered our food online and came in for pickup. We got two orders of fries and only recieved one, which the person on the phone claimed was because the two orders were in the one box, but come on noone does that logically. Got a nacho that was missing the nacho cheese and meat rendering it just a container of chips with some lettuce.
The person on the phone didn't take any ownership of the issue and just said that she would throw cheese and meat into a container and we could come get it

I ordered the wrong thing because I was focused on the kids and just said the wrong thing. Silly mistake. We told them and they took away the food I ordered and brought me what I meant to order like it was no big deal. The owners hang out in their establishment and ensure satisfaction, and our server introduced herself and asked our names like it was a dinner party, not a restaurant. Good, hometown feel, good eats!

I actually went to the liquor store. Good selection of beer both in the coolest & the walk in cooler section. Space limits the selection available but it's still a decent selection of wines, beers & hard liquors. Carry a good selection of shooters too plus locally made liquors. Friendly, helpful clerks too.

They have a nice variety of liquor and beer. As an added bonus there is a bar and grill right next door. Looked nice a friendly place to spend the evening with friends and relaxing, adult time. *Update* I had have bought from the liquor store & been in the bar & grill, they are friendly, kind & inviting. Food is good too! Stop by enjoy a bite to eat w/family/friends and then later return for some adult time!
