Cannot say enough great things about the wonderful staff here. I've been coming to Dr. Gray for 10 years now, and even though I've moved to the other side of town, I still trek across the city because I can't imagine any other dental office living up to this practice. Years ago, going to the dentist would drive up my anxiety, but the the staff here are so warm and friendly; the dentists and hygienists empathetic; and the atmosphere so pleasant, that any anxiety about seeing the dentist melts away.

Dr. Giannini has been my dentist for many years. I can't say enough good things about him and his entire office staff, and the same goes for Dr. Gray, my husband's dentist. The practice is superbly run, the care is professional and also personal. The whole office cares about you as a patient. Their referrals to other professionals such as endodontists are also the best.

I saw Dr. Schwartz for a loose filling I had done at another dental practice. He determined the problem (inadequate sealing leading to a new cavity) and had me fixed up in record time, with exceptional care to my comfort. He and his wonderful staff explained every step of the process, and were attentive. Everything about the experience was smooth as can be, from check in to check out. It also doesn't hurt that this is maybe the most beautiful, polished dentist's office I've ever been in! Dr. Schwartz and Giannini Gray can expect to see me again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Giannini for more than 15 years. In addition to routine maintenance, I have had four crowns placed after dental implants. I have found him to be caring, communicative, and a skillful practitioner of dentistry. He clearly is committed to providing excellent dental care and always does whatever is needed to get the best result. Additionally, has an incredibly calm and sunny personality. I have the utmost confidence in his advice and abilities.

They are simply the best! Not only are they the most skilled dentists in the city, but the entire office makes the experience of visiting the dentist so very pleasant. I recently had an accident which left me with half a front tooth and in a lot of pain. My dentist at the time refused to squeeze me into the schedule (Fusion Dental-- don't ever consider going there!). My parents are patients of Giannini & Gray and with one call, they happily squeezed me in and kept the office open late for me on a Friday afternoon. I am very happy to find Great Professionals in this dental office. Wanda and her colleagues are always very helpful in setting up the appointments. It is always a pleasure to see them. They provide a wonderful friendly reception of the patients and you instantly feel at ease.

I normally use another excellent dentist, but he is not a cosmetic dentist, so I went to see Dr Gray on the recommendation of a close friend who says very good things about him. My visit to his office was extraordinary. I've rarely visited a medical or dental office that had an atmosphere as warm and friendly as this one. Plus, Dr. Gray, who seemed to be a true expert on cosmetic issues, advised me how I can probably solve my problem on my own.

Great Dentists, Hygienists and the Nicest Office Staff Ever! I have liked every person i've encountered there in the last five years. I have never had cause to dread a dental visit there and when i needed a root canal they sent me to the most wonderful specialist and i had no pain whatsoever. You will be treated well!

For a good many years, I had sever TMJ with terrible teeth/cap issues. I am now in my 50s, but since I was a teenager I had bad teeth, and my parents and I were proactive in going to the best dentist. However, not until Dr Giannini did I finally resolved my problem/pain issues. Now, for the last six years I have been pain-free! Who would have thought going to the Giannini Gray Dental office would be a feel-good experience in so many ways.

Wonderful dental office! This office, and Dr. Gray in particular, were recommended by my previous dentist when I moved to the DC area. I live in south Alexandria, so that gives you a sense of the loyalty I have to this practice! Nearest metro is Tenleytown, and I usually do take the Metro to my appointments.
I see Dr Gray and Maureen every 6 months for cleanings. Maureen is very gentle when she cleans my teeth. Although Dr Gray doesn't spend much time with me during my visit, he always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Dr Gray recently put a veneer on a front tooth

The best, most professional dental office I have ever encountered. I've been a patient since 2007 and I wouldn't even consider changing. Everyone there - from the hygienists and docs to the front desk - are welcoming, warm and helpful. Plus they've fixed my teeth after years with an unattentive dentist.

Excellent customer service, beautiful and very punctual office. The dentistry seems very good but I did have a bit of frustration where my root canal went undiagnosed and I had to have an unnecessary filling put in and then removed for a cap to be put in after a root canal. That being said they applied the cost of that filling toward the cap so made good on it. Doctor Gray is a very nice guy and talks you through all the procedures. I was very nervous when I first came and his bed side manner as well as his gentle treatment calmed me down completely.

I love this practice! I started going to Dr. Giannini 10 years ago when I lived on Wisconsin Ave. I have since moved south of Alexandria but still make the trip up to Tenleytown twice a year for my regular cleanings--they are worth the effort. Not only to I really like Drs. Giannini and Gray, but I love the hygenists. They are very knowledgeable and skilled and clearly respected by the doctors. The admin staff are also fantastic. Very, very professional.
