Services
Merit Lending serves customers in Nevada, Utah, and California, since 2013. We offer conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and other types of loan programs for those whose income, credit, and/or asset circumstances are a little challenging. We recognize that each client who comes to us has their own story to tell, so we educate, guide and select the right loan program for each individual or family.
Pre-qualification allows us to glance at your income, assets, and credit, without doing a hard-pull on your credit report. Applicants enter income, assets, and other information on our pre-qualification form, we do a soft-pull credit report, and this allows us to share what applicants can qualify for, in a general sense.

There are not enough great things I can say about Kelly and his team at Merit Lending. Having been referred to his office by a friend I already had pretty high expectations but Merit Lending truly knocked it out of the park. This was our first time going through the home buying process and the support and guidance received from Kelly was incredible. Not only was Kelly always available to answer our questions or to meet up with us at the times that suited our needs, he also referred us to a great realtor that we immediately clicked with. Even when complications arose as a result of an overzealous underwriter, Kelly worked quickly and efficiently with the lender, title company, and real estate agents to keep everyone comfortable while he worked to resolve the issues.
