Erin was great from the start—professional, communicative, and above all else, patient. Curated our apartment selection like a pro and really listened to our needs. Michael Slabine was great to work with and helped us find, and tour, multiple apartment listings efficiently and find one that we love. He is responsive, polite and thorough - willing to offer his own honest opinions and push for you when an agent, management company, or landlord is difficult or slow to respond. We used 617Living to sell my parents house after they retired to Texas. 617Living team was fantastic to work with. The house was on the market for less than a week before it was sold above asking!! Kelsey Marriott was great to work with!! She's super energetic, and very quick with replying messages. Communication definitely a plus. Nobody beats 617. danny and niclole know the market better than anyone i have ever working with. what a super team. each knows what the other is working on so balls don't get dropped. if one cant make an appointment, they other will so to never slow down the process. and tiger process is always on a calendar! they have solved at least 4 of my… recent residential search challenges. more than knowing the market, they got to know me. and they know what i want, which eliminates a lot of wasted time on all parties involved. i find their responses to be prompt and i always feel like a priority
