My husband and I are really happy we were able to find an apartment here at Georgetown Apartments. We literally searched all over this area and we could not find the level of cleanliness and great office staff like we've found here. We almost gave up until we visited this location because it was such a stressful process, but we fell in love with the apartment right away!

My husband and I just moved into Georgetown Apartments and love it here! The building is quiet and the apartment was in great condition upon moving in! Shawna and Jen who work in the office are fantastic! They made the whole process easy and are really friendly and helpful! We’re looking forward to hopefully many years of being here😁

Georgetown will always hold a special place in my heart. We lived here with our lovely pet dog and cat for 4 years and it has been one of the best experiences I've had with a rental company. Jim and Jennifer has been beyond helpful with all the maintenance request we had throughout the years. Would definitely recommend Georgetown for any renters looking to move into the area. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Me and my fiancé lived here for 4 years and this is by far best place to rent from in the area. Everything is updated and clean. Location is great to restaurants grocery stores but best part was the staff that worked there. Renters office was always supper nice. The maintenance staff was amazing! Any problem we had was fixed immediately and always done right. We wish would could bring the staff and apartment with us when we moved.

The staff has been super helpful and friendly, our move-in process was super easy, given that we moved from out of state the communication and ability to complete all paperwork online was great.
We love the community amenities such as the dog park!
We cannot wait til the weather warms up and we can have dinner on our backyard patio!

I moved in 2 weeks ago. I love the staff. They made the application process and transition to our new apartment smooth and easy. They were readily available to answer any question I had, listened and fixed any problems quickly. Plus there is a pool that is well kept up daily. The apartment complex feels safe and cozy with a family friendly community. It is a great location. A walking distance to Wegmans, Tim Hortons, Rite Aide, and many delicious restaurants, which is extremely convenient for anybody. It is also two minutes from Main Street, for other restaurant options. I would highly recommend
