The customer service was great. Gilda was so helpful and informative from the beginning. I felt as if she was very welcoming compared to other apartments I toured. It shows genuine character that confirms she will get things done. The whole process from beginning to move in was so easy as Gilda laid things out professionally. I definitely recommend her service as she is a pleasure to work with.

The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Ms Gilda is a GEM!!!! Made me feel at home from our first conversation. She kept me up to date on all processes and answered all my questions. She made the process of moving from out of town, less anxiety driven.The closer moving day came, she was right there with me. Even when I had to change my date, no problems. She's the perfect mix of professional and personal. Thanks for everything Ms Gilda!!!!

Very nicely renovated apartments. Ms. Gilda was extremely helpful during the process of my roommate and I’s apartment search. This sizing is just enough and it is a very short commute for us to get to school, I would recommend especially for college students looking to live on their own.

I thank Miss Gilda for helping me when I was unable to find a place to continue my college education. She is very quick and very elaborate on choosing the best options to obtain an apartment and to maximize stay. When I first met Ms Gilda, she made me feel very comfortable. She handled my application process an my move in with such proficiency.
