Adobe Animal Hospital and Clinic is proud to serve the El Paso, TX area for everything pet-related. Adobe Animal Hospital and Clinic was first built and established in 1991 by Dr. James Gearhart. He continues to practice at our veterinary clinic as a licensed partner veterinarian alongside our licensed associate veterinarians Dr. Lindsey Parker and Dr. Ross Newton.

Dr. Gearhart was born and raised here in the lower valley of El Paso, Texas, and graduated from Ramona Grade School.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

At Adobe Animal Hospital and Clinic, we accept a number of payment options for our veterinary services. Payment is expected when veterinary services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

It has been a while since my poor experience with Adobe, but I wanted time to pass so that I was not reviewing based on emotion. We put our family dog of 14 years to sleep here and had the absolute worst experience ever. First, we had to sit with our old and pained dog for about 30 minutes in the waiting room past the scheduled time. Our kids were sad, weepy, and watching people come in and out. Then (we never leave our dogs alone at the last moments), they botched the injection causing our old dog to scream in pain and he had to be carried out away from our family. They finally brought him back

Best Vet ever! Dr. Newton is so loving and caring. The staff is super sweet. The wait is never long and the price is never too high.😁 I rescued a kitty who was living under our porch and she wasn't doing very well. But with the proper meds and treatments she's at a hundred percent. Thank you so much Dr. Newton for saving our little kitty Poirot 😺 You folks are the best👍 Highly recommend pet care.

So kind and courteous to the pets and their owners. My dog got really sick and Dr. Newton was so helpful and professional. After a hard fought battle, I had to say goodbye to my sweet dog. The entire process of putting a pet to sleep is difficult and heartbreaking but Dr. Newton and all of the staff were so sensitive and loving. I couldn't have asked for a better vet for my best friend.

I switched clinics after getting a new puppy. This clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, clean, kind and I feel comfortable taking my pets here. All my questions and concerns are addressed. The pet desk app they implemented is user friendly. It is great having pet records on hand ( for groomers and boarding) and makes it easy for setting up appointments. The only con is parking but the service outweighs it.

I waited with my 2 dogs to get seen a little longer than expected, but I could tell the employees were hard at work and were moving as quickly as they could. The staff were very nice and you can tell they care about the animals they work with. The vet was great at explaining things and I did not feel pressured to get anything my dogs didn’t need, which I have felt with other vets in the past. They were also reasonable with their costs. I just moved to El Paso and was hoping I would find a vet I can use for the next few years while I’m here and I’m super excited that I did on the first try

They love both of my dachshunds so much and treat them very well. The prices are very reasonable. This is also one of the only facilities I've found that actually takes appointments which is amazing.
