Great community, I am one of the vendors here for this property and the manager Linda is great !! She has all of her residents happy and spoiled. I can tell her customer service is always the best even if shes having a rough day. The units are being renovated and look so clean and comfortable. If I didnt own a house and had to live in an apartment, THIS IS WHERE I'D GO !!

I moved in to my new home 12/01. Property Manager, Linda was very professional and made everything so easy and smooth. Once in my home I had to put in a service request and the maintenance team was quick and had the issue resolved very promptly. So far my experience has been great and I look forward to my stay here.

Heather is very caring and needs a raise! She does a lot for this complex even from having events for all residents couldn’t ask for a better management! I want to acknowledge Linda as well for the superb job for managing the property and having a rapport with everyone who lives here on site I really could not ask for anything better as far as what your company has provided to us as residence for the leaders that are there in the office as well so is our maintenance as well.

I have now lived here for over 2 months and this place is still great! No issues at all. Maintenance calls get taken care of immediately. The property is fairly quiet and peaceful. There are so many kids here and all are respectful and playful!
Been speaking to Linda and she is amazing! She is kind, and very efficient. I looked at reviews and I agree with so many people here. She is truly a Godsend.

I have lived at rolling meadows for the past year and the onsite management team has been nothing but kind to me and my fair. We have had our problems when we first moved in with the stove not working and the air going out in the dead of summer but they were swift to the rescue with a solution until they could replace the AC unit and fix the stove. I haven't had any other problems since my new lease has started and it's only getting better. Thank to Heather and Linda for looking out for me and my family. Much blessing

I have been staying at the Rolling Meadows for a month now, and I'm really loving it. I love the space it has to offer, and it's a quiet community to live in.Before moving here, I was denied by so many people. There was places that didn't even want to hear me out, I was losing hope from denial. Then I came across the Rolling Meadows, and that's when I met a sweet beautiful angle that day.
