We are new to Ariva but so far the process has been absolutely amazing! We have had Sarah help us through our progress and as I’ve rented so many places in San Diego, let me start off by saying how efficient Sarah has been through our rental process. Very informative, beyond sweet to our family and just overall amazing along the way. She is so quick to handle everything that was needed and answered our millions of questions. I’ll definitely update my review upon our rental living situation but so far I’m beyond excited that we chose Ariva for our new home! Thanks so much Sarah!!! Very excited

Ariva charges prices like they’re an upscale living development however the lack of properly functioning amenities and general lack of staff prove this to be false, unfortunately. 2 out of 2 hot tubs have not worked in SEVERAL MONTHS. we’ve lived here for over a year and have experienced several outrages and limitations due to their lackadaisical care for the residents. Contacted leasing office several times and still no resolution. As I type this, hot tubs are still not functional.

We had one of the best experiences with Sarah at Ariva looking for an apartment. Sarah was very accommodating and patient. She answered all the questions about the apartments honestly. Even if there anything negative, she would tell us up front. The apartments themselves, looked very nice and clean as well with great floorplans! definitely recommend checking them out and always ask for Sarah!

I’ve been living at Ariva for almost two years. Throughout my time here, I’ve experienced nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff. They have always been very professional and communicative. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Sarah. She was extremely helpful and was very quick to address any concerns I had. Overall, the service has been great.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ariva! We were curious about the apartment complex and the amenities it had to offer as we were not familiar with this area. We stumbled upon this little community and walked into Ariva hoping we would be able to get a tour without an appointment. Sarah greeted us as we entered the leasing office and helped us right away. My boyfriend and I stopped in near closing hours to see if we could tour an apartment and Sarah was the leasing agent who helped us. Right away she sat us down and went over our options then proceeded to give us the tour. She was not only professional but also very friendly and helpful! We had a million questions and she had an answer for every single one. We are currently going through the application process and Sarah has been helpful the entire way through! If you are on the apartment hunt, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN ARIVA!!! I can't say enough good things about living here. From the events hosted almost daily for residents, the beautiful property and amenities, my unit, and the 5 star staff, Ariva is truly the place to be. We started our apt search at this property and met with Daniel who gave us the best tour. After about two weeks we decided to come tour again, and Daniel remembered both of our names (after 2 weeks of no contact) which we were really impressed by. I recently moved to Ariva Apartments and couldn't be happier. Central location. The complex has to offer great amenities (pool, hot tub) and social events to the residents. My personal favorite is that there is a farmers market open on Saturdays.
I had to move in quickly due to some circumstances and Sarah from the leasing office was very helpful making that happen stress free. The staff is always responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Suddenly this place has turned into the mask police. Owners/managers are out of control overstepping boundaries. Now they're sending unconstitutional letters to all the tenants, requiring everyone to wear masks everywhere. I have asthma and my children are too young to keep them on. In these difficult times, I shouldn't have to worry about if I can keep a roof over my family's head or not. I feel targeted because I have a medical condition. I pay my rent on time every month. Now I have to worry about if I'm going to be kicked out. I really don't need this stress

I’ve lived here for just a few months now and so far everything has been great. The management and staff we’ve worked with from touring, to move-in, etc. has been nothing but amazing. My boyfriend and I were helped by Daniel and Sophia and both have been so great and welcoming. The area is super dog friendly which I LOVE! The building is kept very clean and maintenance staff are super friendly as well. I love that for any updates/maintenance work, we are kept updated via email and updated sometimes throughout the day.

I contacted Ariva about a few listings and Daniel reached out to me and we scheduled an appointment right away the following day. I just wanna say this place is amazing! I moved here 6 months ago and I must say I'm so happy I made the choice I did! I have lived in Ariva 2 1/2 years and will be moving out of state at the end of nov. 2020. The staff in the leasing office changed from when I first moved in, but the current staff has been amazing, especially since Covid-19. The management company worked with those whose leases were expiring soon after the shut down. I extended my lease for only six months. Knowing that I was eventually moving out of state but not sure the exact timeframe at that time. I extended into a month to month and the management team were very accommodating. This community is going downhill and FAST! I have lived here for 2 years and things were fine until the past few months. The gate to the garage is broken frequently, meaning it is left open for anyone to access. There is a constant alarm going off in one of the buildings and the leasing office says "ohh really hmmm we thought that was fixed, someone was just out here 2 days ago" the building does not take responsibility when they cause damage to their tenants vehicles!!! Literally Bryce from the leasing office said " that's why you have car insurance" the parking garage

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over 2 years. During my time here a number of things have been broken, some for an extended period of time. Those things include: the call box, the front door FOB reader, FOB reader to the pool area, the pool, the jacuzzi (broken for an extended period of time), the HVAC during winter (only fixed after multiple residents complained). And most recently, the gate to our garage has been broken for over a week now. Currently this morning, I was unable to get into the garage for the second time because the gate is half open but not open enough
