I actually live across the street from the Halle, but I just want to say the staff here are so nice! I've had my packages delivered to the Halle several times by mistake of the carrier. The staff has always been so kind and quick to help. Never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or out of place. If they're this nice to someone who isn't a tenant, I can only imagine how nice they are to their actual tenants!

I have had nothing but great experiences so far at the Halle residences. Between the great amenities and helpful workers, it has been very nice to live here.
Alex was very helpful in the process of finding the right apartment for us, and was flexible to make things work the way we wanted them. Alex was also very helpful throughout the move in process, assisting us in every possible way. Throughout our time living here, the staff have been very excellent responding to issues or answering questions. I think that Alex and the rest of the crew are great!

The Halle building is one of the best places to live downtown. Great living, location and amenities. The property manager, Alex, always goes above and beyond in helping his tenants. I would absolutely recommend the Halle to anyone looking to live in Downtown Cleveland. I previously resided in another nice apartment residence downtown, but moving to the Halle was a great decision!

My experience from before and after I moved in was excellent. Alex understands how stressful moving is and he is very flexible to make it as smooth as possible. The building is managed in a very professional manner. Security is maintained around the clock. Finally, it is conveniently located and one can enjoy all the benefits of living downtown without the hassle. The tunnel to the building, the convenience store in the building, restaurant adjacent to the building are all added benefits.

The Residences at Halle team knows what they are doing!! The building is beautiful (inside and out), well kept, and well managed! The apartments are in pristine shape and I have 0 complaints yet- they feel like home (which is hard to find in an apartment unit)! Alex was so kind and helpful in getting us settled. He has helped us learn our way around this new city and assisted us in getting into the apartment that is perfect for us! Anytime there was a hiccup he handled it; Alex made the moving process so easy! The facilities are well kept and very useful (we love the dog bath) 100000/10 would recommend

We have now lived in the Halle for a month and our experience has been nothing short of incredible. We truly feel at home in our unit. The finishes are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the management is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. When we were looking for apartments and saw this one, it immediately rose to the top of our list. In addition to the rooms, the amenities are really great with a restaurant and convenience store in the building. A gem of an apartment complex in Cleveland. Would highly recommend!

My experience with the Halle has been exceptional. Alex was so thorough and clearly cared about working with myself and my family to best help me meet my needs. The building is beautiful and the tenants clearly love where they live. I went to tour many apartments in downtown Cleveland and this one stood out amongst the rest!
