Recently moved our son and his friend in at The Lakes as they returned to CSU. Could NOT have done it without Jennifer Lewis! Doing this from long distance was challenging but not when it came to the move, she was so helpful and personable to work with making this transition much easier! I feel so much more at ease knowing she is there for our son should he ever need anything! Thank you Jennifer!!!

Really loved living at the Lakes Apartments. They offered affordable appointments without breaking your bank. I don’t think apartment complexes realize there’s definitely a limit to how much I would be willing to pay rent. I’m paying to rent the place, not own it, so I wouldn’t spend too much money just to rent a place. Plus, they offer all the amenities, such as a nice pool, gym, lake for fishing, and walking trail. Additionally, the apartments were really spacious and you get more bang for your buck. Plus, really loved my commute to CSU.

I lived at The Lakes from June 2017 until November 2018. I really enjoyed my time here. As a young, single female, I felt safe living here alone. I got a lot of bang for my buck as far as the quality and size of apartment and price. I was new to Columbus and found it to be a great central location. Everything is 10-15 minutes away. I have no complaints at all. The office staff was very nice and any maintenance issue I had was usually fixed with in the same day. The Online portal is super easy for automatic rent payments and maintenance requests. I definitely recommend this complex.
