I didn't even get a chance to move in. or even see a place... they don't have any show rooms... this was my email to them today after I got off the phone with them to try and confirm a viewing time and day for the unit coming empty this month so i could decided on one coming empty next month....
I am without words at how angary I am with your management team. I emailed and called a month ago, I was told I could look at a unit middle of this month to decide on next months unit, I put my name down and asked to be called as soon as something came up, if had known the current standard its to sign

I've been here since March, 2020 and i really enjoy it here! i have a lovely view of the pond and it's always nice to look out my window and see the ducks always swimming in there. Elsa, Gonzalo, and Cesar are always very helpful as well. I attached some photos of the ducks i took pictures of on valentines day during the snow storm.

Moved here with family several years ago and experience so far has been great. Leasing office staff (Elsa, Ryna, and Minor) and maintenance staff (Gonzalo and Cesar) are always there to help, like good friends. Surroundings are energizing, apartments are nice and and close to everything. Walmart Neighborhood Market, LA Fitness, Subway, Starbucks, Szechuan Chef, H&R Block, Wells Fargo Bank, and several other restaurants and services are just across the road. Walking distance to Church, Blueberry Farm / Larson Lake, 7-Eleven etc. and Gas Stations nearby. Schools, Hospitals, Malls, Parks, Theatres

July makes 4 years since I’ve been living in Pinewood Village Apts. I absolutely love it here. It’s tucked in behind the trees and a residential community. The neighbors are respectful, the grounds are nicely maintained, the pond and ducks add to the peacefulness I feel living here. Elsa and Gonzalo, have been apart of the team since I arrived and are amazing. They always greet me by name with a hello. I haven’t had any serious issues and the minor ones are fixed within a day. The walks are great and so many stores and shops are near. So happy here!!

I lived here for 2 years and got to know the staff quite well. If the rent wasn’t out of my budget I would have stayed. The complex is quiet, location is great, and the staff keep the property clean and looking nice. Perfect apartment for kids and pets as there are a lot of people here to make sure the kids are safe. Often times the apartment kids will ride their bikes around the field and play games near the playground. Very safe and friendly community, I highly recommend this location!

Pinewood village apartments is hands down one of the best places to live in the Greater Seattle Area! I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to try renting here. They have studios and small family apartments. It's a non smoking community and pets are allowed under certain conditions. Maintenance staff and management are fast to respond- and impeccably safe as well with covid-19 going on. Let me try to rattle of the pros and cons from the ~4 years I stayed here.
Pros:
Amazing Management and Maintenance Staff! Wonderful and incredibly professional with everything!
Wonderful, quiet

My husband and I lived there for a year. The managers are extremely nice people. The apartment itself is very well designed and the distribution of space is really well thought. The public recreational areas are great. Our dog loved to go out and meet other dogs. Another plus was the location. We don't have a car so having a Walmart just across the street was really convenient. The only downside for me was that I tend to use a lot of space while cooking and the cooking area in the kitchen, for me at least, was a bit small. Overall, our experience was extremely good.

The Pinewood Village Apartments is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it. I have been living in the apartments for over 9 months and I have found the staff to go above and beyond to make sure I enjoy living here. Elsa, Minor, and Gonzalo are excellent and always on time when it comes to paper work and maintenance. Minor has even given me advice on how to fix my car when I damaged it. If anything, I think the customer service of the apartments makes it worth living here.
In addition, the apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and has a lot of amenities. I have a washer/dryer
