We feel very fortunate to have found Dan when we moved to Denver from overseas during the pandemic. Not knowing the where we wanted to live in the city, but also not wanting to be locked into a one-year rental lease, Dan’s business model gave us exactly the flexibility that we were looking for.

It was a pleasure working with Dan and his team at Banyan Real Estate. This was our first time buying a home, and Dan was incredibly knowledgeable. We used Chris LaMee to buy our first home back in '99 and used him again for selling that same home and buying another last month. Chris has outstanding knowledge and insight into the various locations around the metro area. He was quick to set up showings and provided expertise as we were viewing the homes. His Closing Manager, Dianne, was responsive, thorough and easy to work with. His office was great at communicating during each step of the process. I really enjoyed working with Dan!! He was very responsive, personable and thoughtful when working with us. He is vastly knowledgeable of the neighborhoods, the quality of work done on houses, and was honest about what decisions would be in our best interest. This market is insane and I presented him with some unconventional needs, but he was flexible and helpful every step of the way. I don't plan on buying any more houses any time soon, but if I were, I would absolutely reach out to Dan to get the job done!

We moved here from out-of-state and contracted Kris Shuter from Banyan Real Estate LLC to help us find our forever home. We have never been to the Denver Metro area before, and Kris put together a plan for us to get acquainted with homes in key areas to help us narrow down where we wanted to live. Kris Shuter showed us homes everywhere on the Front Range all the way from the SW Denver foothills (Pine, Evergreen) all the way North to Fort Collins and Wellington. He's very knowledgeable on the entire area and happy to take to as many showings as we requested. He was also very helpful in making a winning offer early on and advised us throughout the closing process. We rented a great little house near DU from Wilson that provided us short term housing while we looked for a house to buy. We ended terminating the lender we had been working with and going with a lender recommended by Kris and Wilson

If we could give 100 stars we would! Planning on moving to another part of the state was exciting, but the thought of selling the house we have lived in for 25 years was daunting and we were dreading it. We had no idea where to start. Chris came over one afternoon, took a look at our house and laid out a plan. By the following weekend the house was up for sale and receiving offers. By the following Monday an offer was accepted. Both he and Dianne immediately responded to any calls or emails when we had questions.

Kris was great to work with! It took me over a year (since the time I met him) to a buy a place and he was by my side the whole time. I never felt pressured into making a decision and he always provided me with highly valuable insights on each place and neighborhood that we checked out, while learning what worked for me and what didn't, which was really important in my case since I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. He was also always very responsive, whether that was over e-mail, text or phone and worked with my schedule whenever we wanted to go see a place. I'm very glad I stumbled

I highly recommend Kris as a realtor! He was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and could spot a "bad" fix-and-flip house immediately upon entering. As a first time homebuyer, there were many homes that I looked at that initially looked great, but Kris was able to point out "cover-ups" and "flaws" that would have cost me thousands of dollars down the road that I never would have seen. One thing that I really appreciated about Kris was that it always felt like he had my best interested in mind. We had looked at a house that I loved and he liked it too.

Kris was a great agent. We were moving from LA to Denver and needed to find a house remotely which is very hard. He sent us new listings as they came on the market (day of or before). We flew in twice to see neighborhoods/houses and he was great in helping us decide the pros/cons of each city. He was very knowledgeable on schools, drive times to Downtown, HOAs, etc. And when it was time to put in an offer, he was very professional and helped us get the best deal! We love our house so we are not moving anytime soon, but if we did decide to relocate again...we would call Kris!
