Spacious homes, and not an over crowded area. Includes outdoor pool area, gym, recreation facilities, outdoor grill equipment and reserved parking which you can use wherein moderation and respectful COVID contact restrictions.

I have had the absolute best experience here at Salerno. From day one to over a year later they have always been very attentive to all questions and concerns I have had, from main office, the maintenance staff and grounds keeper. Mayra has been our in office contact and is so sweet and attentive, especially during this time of COVID. I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. This has become our home and we couldn't be any happier!

I absolutely love this community. I have lived in various rental communities in this area and I can not say enough good things about this place to do it justice. First and foremost, Mayra is an absolute pleasure. From the moment I showed interest in a rental, she made sure to follow through for my family. The apartments are more like townhomes. Very spacious, the community is always being clean on a daily basis and visually it is alway pleasing to come home from work. Next, the amenities. It has a nice private gym and a pool and jacuzzi. The private gym is really clean which is important

Where do I start. The community has plenty of amenities from the pool clubhouse, grills, gym and package area where you can access your packages 24/7. The apartment feel more like townhomes and are super spacious. The staff are really inviting. Mayra was really great and was in contact with me all the way through the application process which only took about 15 minutes to complete. I will be referring people to Salerno.

My wife and I PCS here from the East Coast and came across the new development of Salerno while on Google looking for houses/townhomes. When we visited the property, it had everything we needed (space, dog park, garage, location etc) and stayed within our budget. The process is extremely easy and the front office walks you through the leasing process and answers any question before signing.
We did have a few small "new development" issues, but the office staff/maintenance handled it right away.
Over all, we're extremely happy with this property & staff!

This apartment complex is gorgeous and I want to thank the staff for making the process of moving in and out so easy. It was a pleasure living here. The area is really nice and the value of the place was worth it. The gym, the pool, quick maintenance- these amenities are a plus. If you are looking for something in this area definitely consider giving this property a call.

If you are looking for a brand new place to live, Salerno is the perfect community! I came and toured the community and it is such a beautiful property and located in a great area too! The layouts are amazing, you have so much space and they come with an attached garage which is so convenient for my family. There is nothing else like this property!
