I’ve been seeing Dr. Kaur for 6 or 7 years, and remain consistently happy with the office experience as well as the care I receive there. Visits have ranged from regular cleaning, X-rays, and filling replacements to pulling a broken tooth and replacing it with an implant. One of the staff even went far out of her way to track down someone to manufacture the specific type of night guard I prefer (a Gelb splint). Cosmo Smiles will go above and beyond to accommodate patients’ needs.

I came to Cosmo Smiles after seven years (gasp) of neglecting my teeth. I had a list of issues unearthed that would disappoint any dentist, but the whole team was warm, professional, and non-judgmental. Every single person I spoke to was friendly (which usually does not happen), and it rubbed off on the customers too. While I do have a lot to reckon with regarding my horrible dental state, the team explained my treatment and options with care and some humor. I feel much more comfortable about going to the dentist now, and feel informed about what I need to do next.

Dr. Kaur is my dentist now. I'm 55 and never really enjoyed going to the dentist. I still don't. However, I trust her and she is the best I've found in my lifetime. The staff is good. The equipment isn't new and shiny. I'll say this, she is direct. She is honest and she is incredibly good at what we pay for. I couldn't recommend a doctor more than this one.

I'm 55 years old. I've had many dental appointments. I think her name was doctor Kuar . I should have confirmed. Anyway, this isn't the normal dental visit. Most tell me I have some issues. She pointed out exactly what I already knew gathered from four prior dentists. They were all good. I certainly would recommend any of them. However, if you care about your teeth in a way I do , go to this place. I haven't been with other dentists so I would wait for this particular one. I will say she is the best dentist I've ever had, but its more than that.

The staff at this practice is very friendly, and it’s obvious that Dr. Kaur really cares about her patients and her practice running well. I’m getting Invisalign and appreciated that the process to get my teeth scanned and aligners ordered was quick and seamless. I also like the billing and appointment software they use, it’s always very clear what I owe vs. what’s covered by insurance and the appointment reminder emails are helpful.

Great service. Especially after mistreating and grotesquely neglecting my teeth during pandemic laziness. The folks (receptionist, assistants and doctors) deep cleaned and fixed my teeth right up - and coordinated everything seamlessly with my insurance first so that there were no surprises. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Will be back for my annual next year. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Dr. Kaur’s office since I moved to PC 3 years ago. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences here. Some of the reasons to why I am a loyal customer is because she is thorough, professional and caring. Besides getting my regular cleanings, I have gotten fillings and whitening services from her and all have been completed to my satisfaction. Some dental offices can make you feel like that they are suggesting unnecessary procedures to make money, but I never felt that at Cosmo Smile Dental.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly. However, the treatment plan they came up with sounded really drastic. I got a second opinion from another dentist and they said the plan was really aggressive and I didn't need any of that work. If you go to this practice, I strongly encourage getting a second opinion.

Great service, very easy to book an appointment, thorough exam and cleaning, reasonable charge for cleaning, exam, and X-rays. However, the $1,950 I was quoted to fill two small cavities made my head spin . I recommend for if you don't have insurance for anything beyond a routine exam/cleaning, you might want to donate some plasma or sell a kidney on the black market first.

I have been coming to Cosmo Smiles for a few years now and can honestly say they are wonderful! Nobody I know loves going to the dentist, and while I don't love the reason I have to go, I do love how fabulous they are. Everyone in the office is FANTASTIC! Great care, customer service and making sure you are satisfied! Highly recommend Dr Kaur if you're looking for a dentist!

In my last visit for my regular checkup they had an inexperienced dental hygienist taking my X-ray and cleaning, which concluded in a terrible job to say the least. If cosmo smiles Dental decides to have a new person in the field working in your teeth, let the customer know or have someone supervising her/him at all times.

I've been going to Cosmo Smiles for about a year and a half now, and I have been extremely satisfied with the service I've gotten. The hygienists are all very pleasant and do a thorough job without being too rough. I also really like Dr. Kaur. She is very personable has been very honest in terms of giving me treatment options (i.e. I have never felt like I was being upsold on anything.)
The only slight issue I've had was scheduling through ZocDoc, which doesn't always sync correctly with their scheduling system. So there have been times when I've been called saying that

Everyone in the office is great. I've had such bad experiences with dental offices, mainly the front desk not entering/using insurance & things like that. Front desk staff here is friendly. Hygienists are great at what they do. I've never had a better experience with xrays than here. And the dentist, wow, so down to earth. She spent a lot of time explaining things & answered my questions. Usually you see the actual dentist for two seconds. Lastly, they don't do anything w/o checking with your insurance first. Highly recommend!

I had my first exam, x-rays and cleaning this week. Dr. Kaur is great, she knows what she is doing and very honest. The last time I went to the dentist I felt like I was being sold everything except the furniture, not the case at Cosmo Smiles. Having dental treatment at other clinics have given me perspective, and I'm sorry to say that the dentist I saw at Cosmo failed to meet my expectation to be offered full treatment options and choices. I want the practice to improve and do well in the community, but the particular dentist's handing of my care ultimately let me down.

If the owner of the practice, Dr. Kaur doesn't care enough for her patients or for the professional, courteous running of her office how do you expect to get good, professional care? What an unfortunate experience at this office.... Horrible, Unprofessional, Discourteous lack of respect for patients. I was… fooled by some reviews (probably friends of the Dr.), please don't be fooled by the "outstanding" "first class" comments... NOT true. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for professional, courteous dental care. I made appointments several weeks

Had a solid first experience here for a cleaning and basic X-rays and ability to reschedule with a few days notice. They weren't too crazy with trying to push extra X-rays.
Just frustrating to find out on the day of my next cleaning that my insurance isn't accepted anymore. I call for appointments, so a rep should have been able to tell me this before the appointment was even initially made.

I've never had a negative dentist experience until coming to Cosmo Smiles. My first few appointments were relatively positive experiences. However, my last appointment was very upsetting for a few reason:
1) My hygienist was very rough and unprofessional. When polishing my teeth, she cut my inner lip and gums. She also did not understand my frantic requests for her to stop! At one point there was so much polish in my mouth, I felt like I was choking.
2) They lost my x-rays. During my first appointment, I was told I had 5 cavities! I had never had a cavity before and was very shocked. However
